Took my car there they said waiting for insurance and ordering parts. THEN weeks pass they ordered the wrong parts so we then have to wait more WEEKS. They start “working” on my car then after 2 months past over the period they told me that the car would be done but BODY WORK ONLY Later they claimed “insurance denied xxx/and xxx” okay cool I go to get my car and they left me with a lot of missing panels, windshield wipers don’t work also Broken my windshield sprayer too the tub. It’s broken in half and my front speakers now don’t work also missed a lot of body damage that was visible to a toddler. Don’t forget the fact they Also took them 2 months todo body work……… and only did minor repairs that would cost me out of pocket 1000$. I wasted 2 months of my car sitting on their lot for more issue than I went in with AND they still got paid normal wage for nothing!!!!!! Bad service worst place in Chillicothe !!!!!!!

I'm not sure how my experience is so much different than everyone else's but...
I’ve always done my own repairs and in fact I ordered parts for this repair and they were on my porch in three days. Is 90 days a normal repair time? I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this just seems like an excessively long time to be without your vehicle.
Hoping to drop truck off 12/7/23 called and spoke to Mitzy. She tells me to wait till Monday 12/11 that they would have time to look at it that week. Two weeks without an update I call on Friday 12/22. Only to be told they haven’t even looked at it yet. Following weeks I get calls, still haven't looked at it, looked at it, waiting on insurance, waiting on parts, in repair, in paint oh no wait we’re waiting on more parts again. All the time they have your vehicle they do not keep a trickle charger on your battery. So being middle of winter mine died and had to be replaced. Finally get a call Tuesday February 27th your trucks done. Oh no wait we’re still waiting on a head light so should be done in a couple of days. Calls Thursday Leap day and says truck is done. I show up Friday March 1st and while installing the new battery I look down between the radiator and grill and notice two bolts are missing. They do give me a hand full of 10mm bolts and plastic rivets so I can finish the repair. The hood being a quarter inch offset I can’t fix.

first of all I'm 66 years old on a fixed incomeand my car was hit. I trusted 3C body shop to repair my car and return it to me complete. They had my car for over a month and I got a message that my car was fixed and ready to come home. My car wouldn't even start. I had to have another company tow my car. They say it isn't their responsibility but my car started when I gave it to them insurance paid them almost $4000. i've had several conversations with Kevin in Chillicothe and they are not willing to rectify it now after a month and $4000 later I have no transportation whatsoever and I can't walk well because I'm waiting on hip replacaments who does this to a 66 year old I’ll tell you 3C body shop. We have had different vehicles at the shop for different repairs over the course of time. All of the repairs were taken care of in an efficient manner and we're done satisfactory. If we ever had an issue or a concern that arose. It was always taken care of without question. Everyone that works at 3C body shop is extremely professional, and very pleasant to deal with, I have never experienced anyone being frustrated or short tempered or too busy to answer my questions. I think from time to time I can be difficult to work with, and this body shop has always treated me with respect, and I feel that they always go above and beyond to take care of us.Services: Electrical

My car had damage to the front end and passenger side due to a car pulling out in front of me. Kevin at Three C Body Shops in Chillicothe took time to answer all my questions and explain in full detail what I could expect in the process. Three C was always quick to provide communication and once my car was towed to their shop, Three C had an estimate ready the next day. The insurance company agreed with Three C’s assessment and the insurance company totaled my car. My car was Italian made so parts were expensive and difficult to obtain. Just give Three C Body Shops a call and I’m sure you’ll feel confident in your decision to choose them.

I live in Columbus and drive 45 minutes to bring my car to this specific location. The customer service is top tier they provide deatailed updates , my vehicle has been serviced 2 times within the last 8 months due to accidents and they’ve provided quality service each time . Hopefully I don’t have anymore accidents but if so there is no other place id have service my vehicle.Service: Body & Trim
