“We ordered a set of four new tires from here and they did not have them in stock but were able to get them for us within a few days. Their prices are hard to beat, and they did not charge us for the install since we have a membership. They were able to get our car taken care of in under an hour and had good service while I was there. The only thing I will mark them down for is when we ordered the tires, we were told they would call us when they had them in stock so we could set up an appointment. Not only did they not let us know the tires had arrived, they did not give us a chance to choose when we wanted to set our appointment for. We just received an email stating our appointment was for a certain day and time and did not allow us to change it when we tried calling. I would give them five stars if it wasn’t for that incident.”

“Got a flat tire in West Liberty, Kentucky on our road trip. No nearby tire shops had a tire or could get us in so we had to drive 130 miles on the donut.
Called Jerry’s yesterday right before closing time and they said they have a tire and can install it first thing this morning. The man on the phone was very friendly.
The technician Anthony was friendly and crazy fast. We were in and out in 10 or 15 minutes. And for cheap! Great experience all around. Would highly recommend.”
