Decent price on tires and good install. My only complaint is no longer having tire pressure monitor after getting new tires put on. When I asked why, I was told one of the sensors were bad when they tried to reconnect them.
So instead of asking me if I'd like to have it replaced, they just gave my truck back with none of them working.

They were very nice and helpful we were very grateful for these good people! Their shop closes at 7pm and we got there 7:05 but they still accommodate us. Screw got stuck to the tire and it was making weird noises, my husband was stressing because he takes our kids to school in the morning and after school our son is having his bday party at the skating rink so we will be needing our vehicle.

I waited an hour and a half to have a slow leak fixed on a tire that I bought somewhere else. Then they charged me $42.21 which seems very high for our area.

Showed up at 3:15 for a 3:30pm appointment for an alignment. Waited a while to check in. At 4:35pm the bays were empty, but my car had yet to move. Cut my losses and asked for my keys.

Do not recommend. I bought my car from Carvana and paid EXTRA for a warranty called CARVANACARE PREMIER, they use a third party called silver rock that provides 3 free maintenance vouchers which covers oil change, tire rotation, inspection, etc. All you have to do is go to their shop finder online to find in network places that honor this. Schedule the appointment and then the shop is supposed to call silver rock to confirm that the vehicle is covered and then silver rock pays the shop. So technically it’s free for me, but silver rock pays the shop so the shop STILL gets their money. Tire discounters in Chillicothe was one of the places in network so I scheduled an appointment. Came in for appointment and let them know about this warranty I had through silver rock. First, the older guy told me the guy that normally handles that stuff wasn’t in today, and pretty much implied that he didn’t feel like dealing with silver rock but would figure it out. So I was under the impression he would call them. The young guy that was helping me asked if I would be able to pay for it if silver rock didn’t honor it. I said yes but obviously figured they would call silver rock and get it figured out. An hour and a half later, I go up to the older guy and ask if he had called silver rock yet. He acts like he doesn’t know what I’m talking about and then looks me dead in the face and says “I try to limit communication with silver rock as much as possible” and I look back at him like??? Okay but I bought this warranty with my car and I scheduled here for a reason because this was a place IN network. Then, he tells me he’s never heard of honoring anything like that. Pretty much calling me a liar. I told him I have emails of this warranty from when I bought this car in March. I could tell he just didn’t feel like dealing with it and was waiting on me to throw my hands up and be like okay I’ll pay for it. Anyway, before I walked away he told me he would call. (I knew he wasn’t going to)
So I left and come back when my car was done. The young guy asks the older guy if he had called yet and figured anything out, mind you this is 20 minutes before close. And in a super rude tone says “no I did not call, I meant to call but never got to it but I did call another store and the manager said he had never heard of us doing that” okay so calling me a liar again. I ended up paying for it with intentions of reporting this and calling silver rock to make sure I wasn’t crazy. Even a simple google search of “does tire discounters honor silver rock maintenance vouchers” and it comes up with “Yes, Tire Discounters is a partnered warranty provider with SilverRock and will honor coverage plans. You can use your SilverRock maintenance vouchers at any Tire Discounters location. IT LITERALLY TELLS YOU RIGHT THERE. Anyway, I called silver rock and let them know what happened and they told me tire discounters is in fact an in service network and they are not sure why they told me this or gave me this much trouble and sent me the email for the stuff I need to submit for reimbursement. Moral of the story is, the young guy was very nice and helpful. The older guy complained to customers every time I was up at the counter that he couldn’t focus and wasn’t awake yet. Moral of the story is, he didn’t feel like doing his job

Made an appointment at 10:00 for an oil change it is now 1:00 car moved from one parking spot to another parking spot, 3 hours and still not in the door this unacceptable. Terrible scheduling skills if I could give 0 stars I would

Horrible. I brought my car in to get 4 new tires. When we left my car drove worse than before we brought it in. I've taken my car back 5 times and still same issues. I wouldn't come back here if they were giving out free tires

Vehicle came in with a leak at the tpms.(Out of towner) They were able to get me in and back on the road. Great thanks to Shawn Moore and Marley for making it happen. Direct and honest- can't ask for more from a tire shop

Scheduled a 12 appointment and arrived 10 Minuets early ! At 2 pm I asked for my keys back cause they had not even moved my car ! I observed multiple customers arriving through out that 2 hours of waiting and also watched them leave as their job was in and out completed ! Now all I was there for was a tire rotation considering I bought the tires there and a TPMS replaced in one tire ! This is not the first issue I have had with this business the last issue I had to get the regional manager involved cause they messed up my car and charged me for parts and labor that was never done and could not even align it properly ! Confirmed by another one of their locations that fixed my car with out the parts and their was absolutely nothing wrong with the car !!I am beyond ever doing business with these people again !! So thank you for nothing Tire Discounters for Absolutely Nothing ! I strongly recommend if you live in Chillicothe Ohio look elsewhere for tires and repair !!

I arrived at TD at 7:45am for an 8:00am appointment. When I got inside as they opened for the day, Tim told me that he couldn’t find my appointment. This seemed very strange since I made an appointment with Tim over the phone earlier in the week for this very date and time. But, alas, he was unable to locate the appointment he had made in his computer, but he says he can work me in. Really?!? I would hope so since I did make an appointment. So, then he tells me that my vehicle is not in their system because 2025 models are not loaded into their system (2026 models are on the road now. Seriously?). So, he manually enters my vehicle into the system and takes my key at 8:16am. I ask him how long this is going to take, and he tells me about an hour. That would not be a problem, as I don’t have anywhere to be until 10:30am. Plenty of time right? Wrong! My car was not completed until 10:35am. Timmy overshot his estimate by an hour and fifteen minutes (which he typically does when I’ve had my car there before, so I should’ve known. Shame on me right?) All told, I was there for nearly 2.5 hours for a simple oil change that I had made an appointment for. These people do not value your time, nor do they care. I would recommend that you take your vehicle elsewhere for everything. Tim is incompetent and routinely underestimates repair times. If you do go there, add at least an hour or two to any time that he quotes you for work. I will never be back to this location for anything. They’ve done this to me here too many times now.

90 minutes for a tire rotation and balance and I am the first appt at 8 am. This place is really starting to piss me off and never come back.
