I’ve been here multiple times over the past few months and every clerk I dealt with was extremely nice. They are patient and very helpful to customers, especially customers who are not as familiar with all the different shipping options. I usually have my label printed and just need to drop off a package, but I never dread having to go in. Their sign on the road could be bigger, it’s easy to miss the driveway as it is on a pretty busy road. Also, they do have limited hours, so make note of that.

Super easy to miss the turn cause the sign is TINY, so use your map. There is Ramp Van parking. The workers are super nice, quick, efficient. Giving it 3 stars SOLEY because the hours of operation can make it difficult to get by there. Open M-F only 3pm-6pm.

Hard to find, and the hours suck. Website says 1 to 6 but the door says 3 to 6. Why?? Why is ups only open for 3 hours? Hard to get there to return stuff with the 3 hour time limit.

Went in today supposed to be open 1pm to 6pm didn't open till 3pm they can't print out labels for shipping what a waste of time and effort.

One star... BECAUSE of their hours. I have a drive of 15 miles to get into town. I looked on their website before heading towards the UPS location. The hours showed they open at 1pm... I drove it and the sign on their door said they don't open until 3.

Very friendly, very efficient, the guy working there is a hoot!, but also cool. Hours very restrictive, 3-6 PM MON- FRI. Not easy to find. First time you go have somebody with you to navigate. Entrance is just after the last turn-off for Menard's on W. side of Bridge St if you're heading S. Be in the left lane if you're heading out of town and it's the last turn-off just before the traffic light for Menard's.
