“Ebony(i) is absolutely amazing at explaining things and helping me understand what’s going on when things don’t go as planned with my order. She takes the time to educate me, and that is so important to me. I never feel rushed or brushed off, and I always leave feeling like I understand the “why” behind things.
Ebony(i) is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wonderful to work with. Honestly, she’s the kind of person who can turn a “well, this didn’t go as planned” moment into a “okay, I can work with this” moment.
If customer service had a strain, Ebony(i) would be the top shelf. She’s simply the best! 💚”
