So when I was gifted a kitten for my birthday I knew I would take her here. Very professional and kind. Handled my girls so well and answered all my questions.”

“I took my cat in last August. We arrived on time for our appointment. We were waiting in one of the exam rooms for over an hour waiting for the doctor. I was given updates during the wait. Dr. Petzel (I believe) finally came in, and he was sincere and very apologetic about the wait. He examined my cat, and he seemed concerned about her health and completed what I would consider to be a good exam. This was my first and only time at this clinic, and while I appreciate the practice's policy to accept emergency cases; it's still very frustrating to have to wait over an hour after your scheduled appointment to see the vet. I didn't plan on going back to this clinic after the long wait. My other complaint is, it seemed like I was being glared at by the receptionists while I was walking out. I'm not sure why. But last month, I received an email and a text reminder to schedule an upcoming exam for my cat. I just received another email and text about a month out from her due date. Honestly, I think that these reminders are a really nice touch with today's busy lifestyle. There were some positives (professional courtesy - vet and assistant & appointment reminders) and a really big negative (having to wait an hour past appointment time).”
