Omg! Every time I come here inside or out. I have to wait over an hour. There can be 8 people in there. We are talking a call in order after 3 or 4 days to pick up. It's crazy dumb how the people here have no idea what they are doing. If you get sick or die! Be sure to make sure this company pays your loved ones alot of money. They suck!

Since Covid this pharmacy has really declined! It’s so hard to get meds filled in a timely manner sometimes taking days! Was told my meds would be available before closing their still “in progress” I don’t know if it’s staffing shortage or what’s going on but something has to give

My insurance changed a couple of months ago & my medications have not been ran through properly since then. I told the (very Rude young man) at the counter “im mot sure what’s going on, Allen’s was able to bill it with this insurance card and he said “YEAH, WELL, THATS ALLENS” so incredibly rude- incompetent. I told him as much.

Extremely poor customer service tonight. I arrived prior to 9 PM. The pharmacy is supposed to be open until 10 PM. I told the person my name and that there was one Rx that was still unfilled according to information online. I had discussed this Rx with them (pharmacy staff) yesterday by phone. She left the window, came back a minute later and told me she would put that one on for first thing in the morning. I said somerhing about that not being OK with me. She said they were closing at 9 PM, couldn't do it today, and pointed to a temporary sign posted in the window for today's date. I asked why they are closing early. She said it was due to staff shortages. I asked if that meant that some one couldn't stay an extra 5-10 minutes as I need the prescription tonight and I'm totally out of the medication. She said "sorry for the inconvience" and pointed to the sign. I said, this isn't a matter of convenience, this is a necessity. She just stood there. I said a few choice words, that I will be changing pharmacies, and just left.There is no excuse for a "convenient leaving early for staff closing early time" just because of "staff shortages" ( if that is the real reason) when an extra 5-10 minutes could provide a customer of at least 4-5 years with necessary medication that was needed immediately. I have stayed over late at my job more times than I can count and for hours, sometimes days, not just a few minutes. This is not the first time I've had problems like this with pharmacy staff at Walgreens. I've been sympathetic and let a lot of things slide because I know they are on their feet for long hours and most likely aren't paid real well. I've even had one pharmacist there be very snippy with me and I didn't complain. I have tried to work with the pharmacy staff and be as flexible as I can be because I don't like to change pharmacies. I only came to Walgreens in the first place because Anderson's closed. I sure do wish Anderson's was still in business!!! I went there for 20 years and would go back there in a heart beat. Walgreens is a huge corporation that I have no doubt doesn't treat their employees with any high regard. This attitude is most likely passed on to their employees who then treat their customers like they don't matter also. I see this happening in many service oriented places of business. It used to be that showing kindness, being diligent about working and following through on tasks, and going out of your way to be helpful to your customers was common and expected behavior from employees.

I want to.give a zero star but won't let me. Been trying to.get my medicine been working with my Dr to.find a place to.get my medicine filled. I called walgreens! They told me they had it and had plenty of it. Immediately had my dr send my prescription. Waited 8 hours until i.called to.check. and they magically ran out before getting mine filled. So.when i.started asking more questions the lady hung up on me. I called right back and the 2nd lady wouldn't let me speak.and hung up on me immediately.

I spent a long time at the photo dept. Josh who was working helped so many people while I was placing my order. He spent a great deal of time with all the customers and made sure everyone left satisfied. I had to share this because people like him need to be recognized and given a big raise. I will always come back as long as people like him are there. Thank you Josh! You're patience did not go unnoticed.

Had called them a hour prior and they guaranteed the Prescription would be ready by the time I got there. I then had to wait and their response was sorry were understaffed and underpaid and held conversations about personal stuff instead of paying attention to the customer.

When you change doctors they still fill old prescriptions. Even after the doctor calls in to confirm that you are no longer a patient and even after telling multiple associates and they state “they will make a note” after being told to stop filling said prescriptions. It’s been two months and they are still fill the wrong prescriptions!

This was a good Walgreens. They had good sales and a well organized store. I would come here again when I am in Chillicothe,OH. The check out dude was very friendly.
