“The person before me is seriously confused. The Conover, Ohio post office is a p.o. box only office. The office has available boxes if you need one. The mail that is delivered to street addresses does not even come out of the Conover office. As for having a printer, the office does have a printer for office use only. If you need copies, then yes, you are out of luck.”
“I wish there was a four and a half star rating because nobody's perfect. During the winter at the height of the pandemic the USPS didn get behind on their deliveries around Christmas by a couple of days here and there. Sometimes up to several days, however with the Staffing they had, the weather conditions in the area, and the virus regulations making staff have to isolate for 2 weeks at a time after being exposed to the virus , I believe they did a pretty good job trying to stay caught up in such unusual conditions. They they stayed consistently busy however the line usually moved fairly fast and they had every counter/register open with someone at every counter. There are some self-service options in the entryway where you can buy stamps, get overnight and standard delivery envelopes so they can be prepared by the time you get to the window and a copy machine if you need to make copies of any documents to send. Even in the height of the pandemic they were usually in a good mood, well mannered, and were friendly with smiles even when they were swamped. I commend them for the excellent service they gave in such a diverse situation. Jobs well done ? ✔ ? ? ? ☺”

“I would like to thank the gentleman from the Saint paris Post Office who brought me my shipment of a live Queen Bee after hours. It could have very easily been left there overnight and delivered the next day. This act was very much appreciated.”
