Horrible customer service from management- I was charged 3 times for my storage unit and I have been trying to get this resolved for over three weeks. Every time I call, I am told that they will get in touch with management and they will call me back...which never happens. When I ask to speak to management directly, I am told that they cannot transfer calls to them, only relay messages. I'm guessing they just plan on triple charging me and keeping my money...otherwise I feel like I would have heard back from them by now.

I moved out of this storage company in May 2022. On 31 May 2023 this company charged my debit card without my authorization for a storage space which I do not have!! I have been trying to speak with the "manager" to get my money back and I am being tossed around by ladies who are answering the phones. Every time they ask for the reason I am calling, then they take my contact information to pass to the manager. I don't understand what is going on here!!

Safe, secure, affordable. Staff is only there during normal downtown business hours, but are reachable by phone if needed. Clean facilities. Access is limited, as they close at 11pm, but totally worth the price. Also, they have web access for payments, and e-mailed reminders for when payment is due so that you don't accidentally miss it, which is extremely helpful and sometimes sorely needed.

This facility looks great! Very clean, modern storage facility. The owner and workers are all very kind and helpful and I cannot wait to move my stuff in. This place is a must for anyone in the downtown area in need of storage and I would highly recommend it.

One of a kind downtown. Great location to the banks, downtown, and Over the Rhine. Facility is brand new and units look extremely nice. Definitely would recommend to any of my friends moving downtown.

Caught a glimpse of the facility walking to The Banks yesterday. Place looks pretty sharp. With all of the new condo development in Over the Rhine and downtown this is sure be a great amenity for the area.
