Had a flat tire this past Friday. Was driving in from Chicago. Got really lucky to find this AAA. They got us in within 10 minutes. Their communication was fantastic. We were on the road again within an hour.
The staff at this location made our weekend!

I especially enjoy when Grace is there she's always very friendly and she knows how to take care of her customers if you ever need a problem have a problem with anything make sure you go to Bob Sumerel Tire and see grace she'll make sure she takes care of you

They filled my tire with a nail in it within 30 minutes for free. Also did a free break check and rotated the tires. Amazing service, 100% recommend.

I didn’t catch the store managers name (he was working today [July 15th] at 5:00 PM), but I had the best customer service I’ve ever had at a shop before. He was professional, kind, and all around a great manager. I will always recommend this location.

Just got charged $99.17 for synthetic oil and air added to my tires. What a rip off! Just because I'm a woman and don't have male genitalia does not mean that I'm stupid. Never in all the years that I have had service through Bob Sumerel was I charged so much, and they did not even reset my dashboard configuration.
Guess what, they just lost a customer.

Back in February 2020 I had an oil change done on my van. I returned home, and noticed there was oil spots down my driveway. When I opened the hood there was oil everywhere and was dripping everywhere under the engine onto my driveway. I also saw that my air filter they had checked was not put back in and was covered in oil. Turned out when they changed the oils filter they didn’t screw the cap back in so the oil was just dispensing all over. I called and talked to the manager Steve who apologized and said to come back up and they would clean it and fix it. After they were done he offered me cards for two free oil changes ($50 value). I ended up moving away for a few years so I had not been able to use said cards. This past year I moved back and decided to use the cards, first time no issue getting the free oil change. Two weeks ago I was due for another oil change so I figured hey use the other card since I had no problem the first time. I went to pay having gotten the oil change and also got an alignment. (When they advised me I needed one I said to make sure I received the before and after numbers.) When I showed Darryl the card, he said to hold on, went to the back, returned and said they couldn’t accept the card because “the manager didn’t work there anymore and there was no code on the card.”
He acknowledged that he knew Steve, but had apparently not worked there for eight or nine years. I said that I had just used the other card last oil change and didn’t have an issue. There was nothing he could do so I ended paying $200 for the oil change and alignment which was also told the tech forgot to print the numbers so I had no idea how bad it was or if it was actually adjusted. I didn’t want to go back after the first incident, I only did to get the cards used. I definitely won’t be back, and am spreading the word to keep others away.

In a world of terrible service Scott is a great change. The guy gets it done fast and friendly every single time! Never spent more than an hour in that place the four or five times I’ve been there.

Scott and the rest of the team did absolutely everything they can for my jeep to get my headlights to work correctly and i appreciate them so much. Scott is always very helpful and problem solving!
