Shame on the driving instructors who use Eastside Christian Church to teach maneuverability….. you have poles and cones in the trunk of your cars and yet you still use the only practice set for teens to practice with their parents for their test. I just saw 2 cars who waited for another driving school to finish and go in front of the cars that were waiting.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! It's cheaper to just call some no-name Acme Tow Company. Don't get me wrong...AAA still has the best drivers I've ever had. They're courteous, considerate of your distress, and eager to please the customer. But the people working AAA Roadside Assistance line are a joke. They left me sitting in a dangerous area for THREE HOURS, and when I called to ask where the driver was (because the app showing where the driver is appeared to be going in circles), I was informed that they LOST MY TOW. They had no record of my call. So even though I had the order number that they gave me so I could track the driver on the app, they somehow dropped my tow order. Therefore, the tow had to be re-issued and I had to wait AGAIN for them to find an available driver. Because they took so long, I couldn't get my car to the shop before they closed. So when I called again to get it to the shop, they charged me $107 dollars (with tax) because I didn't have it towed to the shop when they came to get me the first time. When I filed a complaint, they somehow managed to LOSE MY COMPLAINT TOO. Very convenient! They don't believe in accountability, so don't bother complaining. They've got your money, and they totally don't care. AAA used to be bulletproof! I've been a happy, satisfied member for many years. Then I let my membership lapse for awhile and joined again after the pandemic when my car broke down. Boy, have they changed! Now, they're just riding on a reputation they no longer have. They are completely dishonest, ripping people off for every nickel and dime they can get. And that's doubly sad because the drivers are still top notch. In all the years I've done business with AAA, I haven't gotten a bad driver yet. But the Roadside Assistance people, while polite, are worse than incompetent. However, I don't blame them. They're only doing what they've been told to do. The fault clearly starts at the top, at their corporate headquarters. Good service is a distant memory. It's all about the money now. Post-pandemic, Roadside Assistance has gone down so far that I wish I could give them less than one star. I could've pushed the car home in the time it took them to get to me.

Gave AAA specific instructions on a car tow today and -0- were relayed to the tow driver zero.No accountability anymore in anything its everywhere it seems in the CSR world. Pretty upset the tow driver called and said i was getting ready to leave.

AAA driving school worked great for my first child. They are very friendly, helpful and professional! Any questions I had were answered in a friendly, professional manner. I am using them again for my second child using the new online platform which has also been a great experience so far. They also have helpful resources on their website. Thank you AAA driving school for your help navigating through this teenage phase.

Our daughter started classrooms lessons at another school and didn’t like it, and we switched to AAA. It was an excellent experience. She knocked out all the classroom lessons over Christmas break, which was very convenient. She started in-car and had one more lesson to go before the pandemic shut down everything. We were quite happy with how the school handled everything; we received regular emails during the shutdown, her instructor contacted her after they were cleared to resume lessons, she was scheduled within two weeks, and the safety protocol for in-car was excellent. They kept masks on, windows down, and cleaned everything before and after the lesson. Her instructor taught her well; our anxious kid passed the test on her first try, and she’s a good driver. Very happy.

We had an excellent experience 2 years ago with my first daughter so it was a no-brainer for us to bring daughter number 2 back here for her driver's training. I spoke to Michael who helped us sign up for the on-line course and all was good. Then the pandemic happened. As soon as things started opening up, I reached out to schedule my daughter's in-cars. I was told we would get a call from an instructor. I have never received that call. I have been told that she is "on the list" but meanwhile we are hearing of plenty of other kids getting to do their BTW. And we cannot at this point get a return email or speak to anyone on the phone. Apparently no one answers their phone number - or returns emails. I cannot believe that Triple A condones these business practices. I sure wouldn't.

Class cancelled in March, understandably. Only contact since was the driver canceled all our sons in cars with o reschedule date. No email, no contact and the 1-800 voicemail is full. 2 hours on hold and nothing. Other places are holding in cars and no canceling.....very poor business and even more poor communication

Stay away from Triple A. It's safer to not have roadside assistance than having that with them. Two weeks ago we had a flat tire in WV. We became members and paid for same day service. Total $97. Well, they told us that a car with a mechanic was on the way and it would reach us in 30 minutes. After one hour without the promised service we called them and no one knew nothing about our case. They even failed to find us in their system! We spent 4 hours talking to different representatives and we never got any help from them. They would just hang up the phone. In view of their inefficiency to handle our problem, we just decided to look for help in that little town. Days later I called them to report this situation and to let them know that we wanted to cancel our policy and get a full refund. The gentleman on the phone assured me that the $97 refund was on the way to my bank account. To my surprise, I got a phone call from the Cincinnati Triple A office few days later to let me know that they can only refund $47 because the other $50 are not refundable. Sorry???? We never got any service yet we have to pay? That kind of business is called piracy or theft. In summary, stay away from these liars and pirates. Your life will be easier and safer

A complete joke.... Called, paid for the lessons, they told me I would receive a phone call within two weeks to schedule an appointment and never heard back from them. Finally I called and they gave me another phone number to called directly to this office (as before I was talking to someone at a call center I guess). I called that number, left a voicemail, never heard back. Finally I called yet another time to ask for my money back. Thankfully they refunded me without hesitation.

If you are going to put the AAA name on a car make sure you have qualified drivers. License plate ending in 7397 cut me off and tailgated the car in front of me down 28 in Milford. Almost rear ended the line of cars waiting to turn when they cut over suddenly. Just wrong. Hopefully there wasn't a student driver inside!

I ran over a piece of metal causing a blowout in my tire putting me on the very small shoulder on the exit ramp coming out of downtown where there are frequent accidents. I told the lady on the phone I didn't feel the safest and also had a second job I needed to get to. Nick and Tyrell showed up in 15 minutes and had the tire completely changed and had me on my way in 10. Thank you for the great service!
