So this morning, at like 4:30 a.m., I'm driving & make my usual turn onto the exit to Ezzard Charles Drive on my way to work. At least that was the plan, until I saw the exit blocked for what looked like extensive roadwork. I didn't have my GPS hooked up & had no clue how to circle back, on top of it being pitch black outside, so before I found myself headed to Indiana, I took the first exit I could get over to & pulled into a place to figure out my way to work.Somewhere along the way, I must have driven over a nail, as my tire was punctured. I didn't even notice until someone else told me I had a flat.I had some frustrating issues logging into & requesting roadside assistance on both the app & the web site, so I wound up calling them instead.I was initially quoted a wait time of up to 3 hours & debated just leaving my car where it was & starting a new life as a hermit, but in about 10 minutes, I got a call from an AAA driver letting me know he was on his way. After a bit of additional clarification as to my whereabouts, I waved him into the lot where my car was & with my help, he pretty quickly diagnosed the issue. More importantly, he was well-prepared & able to address it without needing to tow me to one of their service centers.Very satisfied with his effort & service. The website & app performance? Not so much.

AAA road side assistance left us on 75 south for 6 hours We were supposed to be a priority call since we were on the high way Worst thing they ever did was start running their own trucks Totally not near what they used to be I talked my whole family into using them Now I have to telleveryone I was wrong Update we are still sitting on 75south Still no tow truck I'd probably be here tomorrow if I wasn't a priority Can't say on here what I'm thinking right now

I have been a road warrior for years, booking flights weekly. Lately AAA system has been malfunctioning and not letting me book flights through Concur and then sending me multiple confirmations and then cancelations. Called AAA and they have been less then helpfull and condescending. Kept telling me I don't know what I'm doing or what I'm looking at like I'm some sort of idiot instead of investing the issue. Worthless and they charge a 28$ for the call

I recently had to bring my daughter with me to a conference, which ended up being a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE because of AAA's ineptitude. Because of limitations with the online booking site, I spoke to a travel agent since I was paying for her flight with my personal credit card and wanted to ensure that our tickets were linked. I was told that everything was taken care of and believed that until I went to check in online the day before my flight. That's when I learned that the booking agent reserved the flight for my daughter with UNACCOMPANIED MINOR status. I called the after hours number and after an extended hold time was told that this was remedied. IT WAS NOT! This created a huge and unnecessary headache for the airline, and made this trip unnecessarily stressful and logistically complicated. In case you find yourself wondering, hmm, what happens when your child is accidentally booked as an unaccompanied minor? Well, let me tell you some inconveniences.... 1. your seats are not next to each other, which is very distressing for many kids! 2. you're also not in the same boarding group. 3. you will have to fight with the airline to get an added service charge removed from your flight bill. 4. you have airport escorts showing up for connecting flights unnecessarily to escort your child to their next gate - what a waste of that person's time! 5. you are not believed when you say your child is your child! 6. when you experience flight delays, you are not automatically rebooked together! AAA Corporate: You are the worst! 0/5-do not recommend.

Stay away from Triple A. It's safer to not have roadside assistance than having that with them. Two weeks ago we had a flat tire in WV. We became members and paid for same day service. Total $97. Well, they told us that a car with a mechanic was on the way and it would reach us in 30 minutes. After one hour without the promised service we called them and no one knew nothing about our case. They even failed to find us in their system! We spent 4 hours talking to different representatives and we never got any help from them. They would just hang up the phone. In view of their inefficiency to handle our problem, we just decided to look for help in that little town. Days later I called them to report this situation and to let them know that we wanted to cancel our policy and get a full refund. The gentleman on the phone assured me that the $97 refund was on the way to my bank account. To my surprise, I got a phone call from the Cincinnati Triple A office few days later to let me know that they can only refund $47 because the other $50 are not refundable. Sorry???? We never got any service yet we have to pay? That kind of business is called piracy or theft. In summary, stay away from these liars and pirates. Your life will be easier and safer

I ran over a piece of metal causing a blowout in my tire putting me on the very small shoulder on the exit ramp coming out of downtown where there are frequent accidents. I told the lady on the phone I didn't feel the safest and also had a second job I needed to get to. Nick and Tyrell showed up in 15 minutes and had the tire completely changed and had me on my way in 10. Thank you for the great service!

I had my passport photo taken at AAA yesterday. They were so helpful and I was out of there so quickly. I could have gotten my photo taken elsewhere but I'm really glad I stopped by AAA. No appointment was necessary.

My car ran out of battery near by this location. They were so quick to help me out and jump start the battery and check the battery's health. They did not even try to sell me something I did not need. I cannot say thank you enough.

I have been communicating with them about 3 months about scratching on a brand new wheel from the tow. I have also made a BBB complaint and their reply shows they did not even read through it, as they act like I haven't called their member relations staff repeatedly and been ignored. They have done absolutely nothing and repeatedly ignored my calls. Absolutely dismal customer service. Do not do business with AAA. Complaint number 3078. The damage pictures from me that you ignore are in your

These guys are awesome!! I've come here three or four times now. It is usually because I destroy a tire. Every time they've fixed my car right up and fast too. It's always by the next day and sometimes even the same day. This last time I just needed my tire patched and they did it at no cost, put everything back together within one day. Seriously good service.

Such a great experience with AAA. Chris arrived, asked about me personally and told me to stay in the car for my safety. He went to work immediately, got the tire removed/replaced and asked me to drive up just a little to the nearest gas station, where he double checked the lug nuts with more light and gave me the go ahead to be on my way. Chris was so reassuring, quick and professional. Hope he comes to help me the next time I need him!
