I have called for three days in a row ,when someone finally answers they put you on hold ,after ten minutes I get tired and hang up.bern in hospt all week had arrangement to have TV picked up last week .my bro in law waited two hours and a no show . Today was put on hold twice for over ten minutes with no answer. Think I will put TV on porch and after that it's on them .I'm done with this place

I've purchased a PS5 few years back and they wanted $3,000 for it when you can easily buy one at Walmart or Best Buy or game stop for $500.. Then just recently a friend of mine posted on Facebook and talked to her about her recent purchases with Aaron that she brought a sleeper sofa and 2 tv bundles. Upon delivery, they deliver the sofa and the tvs but no plug nor remote to the tvs. The way they do business in this store is beyond me. The interest rate is soo high than the product itself. You're mainly paying for the interest rate more than what your paying for whatever you're buying there. Highway robberies. You're better off shopping elsewhere than there.

Best experience ive ever had at a furniture store. The employees were very knowlegdable and helped me find exactly what I wanted and what worked for me and my family. The GM James was so great he has outstanding customer service and truley cares about his customers. Everything was delivered day and time they said it would be the delivery guys were so professional and set everything up for me and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I will definitely be returning for all of my furniture needs. High recommend!!!

I have tried and tried calling this location to have them pick up furniture I no longer need with zero response. I call the store and the phone just rings and rings. Customer service is great when you can actually reach someone.

don't go to this location brought bed bugs into my house and never got pest removal and told me they had covid and everyone was out so couldn't help get my couch back because had to close for 24 hour cleaning as company procedure I went to store they were open and customers inside store and employees without mask so customer didn't matter to get sick but regional manager said it was too dangerous for him just not us I guess still don't have my couch

Huge store with a lot to choose from. Much bigger than other local stores which provide a lot more options. Highly recommend making the trip here. Although, the Norwood location has a great manager, the store is small.

Do you guys have employees working at this location???? No one will answer the phone and id like to get my washer and dryer delivered or Im going to cancel service with you guys. This is ridiculous how am I supposed to get ahold of anyone ?? I called another location and they said they cannot help me. This is unacceptable service.

they don’t answer the phone. the merchandise they provide is damaged. bought a speaker and when i got it home and was able to inspect it, the amount of scratches- missing pegs- etc was absolutely dumbfounding (i requested a brand new one and they indicated they only had floor models) nearly 2grand on a damaged speaker. i’ve been calling everyday for a week and a half straight, since the literal day after i purchased the speaker- the first person i got said “i’m brand new here and don’t even know the return policy. by the manager has to do it” - every single day they say they need the manager to do a return but he’s NEVER in the store….now everytime i call it’s almost like they have me blocked. can’t even get through to a person.i literally cannot believe this- so disappointed in myself for giving them my money
