What i thought was a good deal changed quickly at checkout. For a $40 small bouquet delivery they added a $37 service fee. Unless you want to pay double for whatever reasoning they come up with, go elsewhere.

Very upset with what was received for my loved ones funeral. What I ordered and what was delivered isn’t the same thing. I called as soon as I seen the flowers and was told it is the same as the photo. The only reason I ordered the one I ordered is because it had orange flowers in the picture and orange is my loved ones favorite color. There was absolutely no orange in the one they sent. I spent over a hundred dollars and was told they can give me $20 back. I don’t want my money back they ruined my sympathy flowers and it can’t be redone. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. As you can see in pictures one I wanted was very bright flowers and the one they sent was dull nothing at all looked the same besides the cross. If they didn’t have what I wanted they should have called me and seen if I wanted anything different.

I bought some flowers for Mother's Day and they were absolutely beautiful. After discussing generally what I was looking for, the 3 arrangements Karen @Abbey Florist put together were simply amazing. Thank you!

My fiance sent flowers to my work for Valentine's Day. The flowers were delivered on 2/13 after hours (our office closes at 5) and left on the sidewalk in front of our building in the cold. No box, no flower food, just the vase with barely any water left in the cold. They also looked nothing at all like what he ordered. Most of the flowers were wilted or dead on 2/14 and the rest died the next day. It was terrible. My fiance felt so bad that this happened, but it wasn't his fault. I would never recommend this florist. The quality and delivery was awful.

It was very important to me that I got to my place when the flowers were delivered so they don’t get stolen so I called them day of to let them know my situation and they were so sweet and helpful by making keeping me updated on its status!! The flowers were absolutely beautiful too.

My best friends mother passed unexpectedly. I called Abbey and she worked with my budget and let my friend call in and select the flowers she wanted! The roses around the memorial wreath were breath taking full and deep red really made the urn stand out. The sprays were so colorful and vibrant and full! It's always a good experience when I use Abbey. The quality of flowers is outstanding ❤️

A week ago, we had our daughter's wedding, and Karen from Abbey Florist decorated the Ceremony and Reception absolutely beautifully! Everyone was mesmerized by the quality and beauty of each piece. The freshness and color of each flower was unbelievable. Flowers last through the wedding, and we gave some of them to our guests and some of them left at the Radisson Hotel. It was very easy to work with Karen. She has such a great personality and a way to build confidence and trust between her and customers, which is extremely important during wedding preparation. We are SO lucky that we met Karen, and she agreed to be the Florist for our wedding!!! We are looking forward to many years with beautiful flowers from Karen!!!

Absolutely never use them!I just moved to a new state this year and tried to send my mother flowers since I wouldn’t be spending Mother’s Day with her for the first time. I ordered the flowers in advance, got the confirmation email, and even let my step father know to keep an eye out for the flowers I was sending a surprise. I purposefully planned to have them delivered on Friday so she could enjoy them all weekend. When my step dad text me at 3pm EST on Friday I assumed it was just a busy holiday. When 4pm hit and still nothing I decided to give a call just to get a estimate arrival time. Well the phone rang and rang and no one picked up, and then there was no option for a voice mail either!! I called a few more times and same thing, I tried again Saturday and again today. Still no answer.Holidays get busy, it happens, but they should have called or at the absolute bare minimum picked up the phone when I did! Thanks for ruining my mothers day gift.
