Jessica went above and beyond – couldn’t have asked for better support.
I cannot say enough good things about Store Space at the Cherry Street location in Cincinnati, Ohio. A family member was going through a very difficult time and faced with an overwhelming number of decisions that had to be made quickly. Jessica, the associate who helped us, was absolutely incredible. She was understanding, patient, and supportive every step of the way. Her calm and professional demeanor made all the difference during a stressful situation. Jessica truly went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for the exceptional care and service she provided.

So far so good m except initially i had to wait to get into storage day after because couldn't reach anyone to get combination to the free lock they gave me and had in my bin . The customer service to reach anyone was difficult.

Horrible experience. The booking agent that made the reservation promised me a month free. They started sending me texts and charging me late fees on the seventh. I called to resolve the issue and was told rent was due on the first which meant I only got 3 days free according to their thinking. Horrible customer service on the initial day and over the phone

The online pricing does not honestly reflect the amount you will actually be paying. After I paid I was informed the price I was charged was only for the first 2 months then it will be doubled after that so I will have to go through the hassle of clear out my unit out and finding another company 2 months from now. The manager was very rude and passive aggressive when I called to inquire about the pricing.
The garage door closest to my unit is inoperable which is very inconvenient for me as I store large bulky items I need frequent access to.
And to top it off I have received 3 emails this week urging me to leave a review so here it is, you’re welcome. You can stop spamming me now.
Edit: Wow thank you so much for taking the time to copy and paste the same generic message you respond to any negative reviews. it really shows how much you actually care about addressing your customers’ concerns.

First time customer. Went to move my stuff in today. The sign on the door said the office would be open at 9am. I waited until 9:45 and no one ever came. Swung around later at 2:30 and still no one showed up. Wasted my time because I had planned to move things in as today would be the only day I could do it for a week and the hours on the door specified this date would be ok. Truly disappointing and seeing as this is my first impression of how you operate as a business I’m not sure it’ll get better from here.

JESSICA was AWESOME! Not sure how the units price or renting works or is but her customer service skills are rare these days. She was nothing short of positive, professional, kind, understanding, timely, multitasking, empathetic, with an amazing attitude and smile. Shout out to JESSICA she wasn't even seeking clout or recognition I just happened to witness her do 3 jobs at once and above mentioned. 5 stars for JESSICA!
A Raise should definitely be looked into the budget and recognition. It's because of her and the remaining few in hospitality or customer service that make the business.

They are rude they take your money change your locks and codes because you don’t have a card on file they overcharge you my payment went from 67to 116 they put my unit under auction because I didn’t pre pay
