Ace Hardware Mariemont is a locally owned neighborhood hardware store known for being the helpful place with super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Customers consistently find the store not overwhelming, as it is well organized, categorized, and super clean. The experienced and attentive employees provide great personal service, helping customers find exactly what they need without overselling. This includes assistance with selecting the right lawn equipment, which is already assembled, and offering services like making a key in under ten minutes or sharpening knives on the spot. The store offers a convenient shopping experience with a wide range of quality products beyond just hardware. These include lawn equipment, paint, cleaning supplies, bird food, grills, fire pits, firewood, potting soil, and a small post office inside. Customers often come in for one item, like windshield wiper fluid, and end up finding other useful goods. The staff is always ready to help, even carrying larger purchases to a customer's car. If an item is not in stock, they will happily order it online with delivery to the store at no additional charge, notifying the customer when it arrives. For those not doing huge projects requiring building materials, this Ace Hardware provides a much more convenient and quick alternative to the big stores, making customers feel they will become regulars.
All of the employees are so kind and helpful at this store, they always take time to stop and ask if I need help or chat with my kids.

Had to return a trash can lid, with only my bank statement, because I lost my receipt...No big deal....And it wasn't a big deal for them...The nice Lady manager, came over to help the cashier...Smooth sailing...Great place to shop, only wish it was closer to my house 👍

I appreciate the convenience of Ace over the big box stores. Plus the staff know their products and are helpful.
