Placed an order for the first time with Adrian Durban online and made a note to provide assistance upon delivery due to injuries of the recipient. Adrian Durban was amazing and hand delivered the beautiful arrangement to the recipient, setting it up in her home, and making sure the card was accessible to her. Truly wonderful customer service! And all through an online order. Will certainly order from Adrian Durban in the future for all my flower needs.

Ordered roses for my fiancé for her bridal shower. Went to pick them up and they were the wrong color. In addition, they put the wrong name on the recipient card. Very disappointing.

This year, my wife asked only for a flower arrangement from a florist. In the past, she told me NOT to bother with a florist, just get her some flowers from the big box store or major grocery store. I checked online and Adrian Durbin had a lot of 4 & 5 star reviews. So, I checked them out. Nice selection, good prices, seemed like delivery was good. Ordered a small "birthday" arrangement and asked for delivery a day ahead of her birthday. When they arrived, mid-morning, she was delighted with the arrangement! Very pleased! So, yes, I'd recommend them and will probably use them again.

Unfortunately, I’ve had to buy a lot of flowers over the last two years for funerals and get wellS! Adrian florist is on speed dial and my only go to to buy flowers! They always help me and Service from answering the phone to delivery is always spot on! I highly recommend them…

I would highly recommend this Florist!!!We had a death in the family in Loveland, OH. I live in MI and googled florists in the area. I placed my order online, but before I did I called them. The woman who answered was very helpful and kind in answering my questions. The family received their beautiful plant only 2 hrs later and loved it.

HORRIBLE customer service! I couldn't even complete my order with the "AD - Cornell Rd." shop. The woman on the phone was completely rude - and literally became sarcastic with me while trying to give her my CC info. And at that point, it was clear she had NO interest in fulfilling an order for flowers. So "Goodbye" Adrian Durban" and hello Abbey Florist....forever ! Unbelievable.

I received two orders from Adrian Durban for my birthday. Both were beautiful. One ordered over the phone for pickup and one ordered online for delivery. We received excellent customer service. I will definitely use them in the future.

My daughter ordered flowers for my birthday as a surprise. They were supposed to be delivered on the 9th. Linda called me on the 8th to question the address of the order. She told me that I would have to talk to her driver about the delivery and she thought something wasn’t right with the order. Since I wasn’t expecting a delivery and had not ordered anything, I questioned the call as I was confused. When I asked who they were from or what the card said, all she could say is that I would have to read it when the driver arrived. She advised the driver would be calling me. Then I never heard another word. Still confused by this, I called her back around 4 (as the number was in my call log and I was concerned there could have been fraud or an illegitimate order as we recently had credit card fraud). It was shortly before this I found out these were a surprise for my birthday from my daughter. She had spent quite a bit of money on these flowers and was crushed they blew the surprise. She was unsure why they called me and not her as she is the one who placed the order and Adrian Durbin didn’t even offer to compensate her or make the order the right. Completely disappointed and unprofessional. Part of the fun of sending someone flowers is the element of surprise and the unexpected delivery. How this got so screwed up is beyond me and they fact that they did nothing as a result is very poor customer service.

I got married in September 2021 and used Adrian Durban for my flowers (I went to the location in Clifton). I met with someone in the store and she was able to show me examples of the flowers so I knew exactly what to expect. She even sent me home with a few flowers, which I loved! We didn't have a big order--we only ordered a few items--but they didn't make me feel any less special or that my order was less important than a larger wedding order. They sent emails with updates and were so attentive. Their staff is fantastic and the flowers were beautiful. Highly recommend!
