Every since you guys got those self checkout lanes I haven't been impressed. I was there about a week ago, I saw 2 employees stocking, 2 employees watching and 1 cashier. The line was all the way back to the aisle. No one every jumped in to help him either. I left, I had to much food for self checkout, no enough time to wait 29 mins

Finally I can give 5 stars! I had this at 4 until my most recent visit. REAL fresh meat that's not frozen, Including pattied burgers, steak, Chops, chicken, fish etc. Plus self checkouts and amazing deals??!! I'm sold ! 5 stars! See ya later KROGERS!
