1. Everyone came smelling of weed at 8:45am. I don’t care that you smoke, but maybe not when handling our life possessions or on the job.
2. The day manager was on the phone for over an hour discussing our quote again, while another worker was taking photos for “inventory” for about 2 hours. Inefficient for $75/hr.
3. There was no ramp. So when they stacked our fragile boxes on the Dolly, they let it fall on each & every door/curb/step.
4. About 1/6 of our things are still left at our old home. There have been no plans for them to come back and get these things, when everything was in fact included in the quote we were told and paid for ahead of time.
5. They broke 4 large pieces of furniture. They shattered the top mirror piece of a dresser (cannot be replaced), made a 1in by 48in scratch on our wood dining room table, broke the leg of our night stand, and my fav, broke a piece off of my antique piano and stripped off a wood piece. I get that accidents happen, but it feels that there wasn’t much regard for our possessions, and this was taken too far.
6. The drive from home a) to home b) took me 45 minutes, driving very carefully. It took them 2 hours. It took so long that we called them out of concern not only for our things, but more so for their safety as well. No explanation.
7. Everyone smelled of weed again in between houses.
8. Four of our toilets were used. Not a huge deal, but that is something we do have to clean up after.
9. Four different doors were used as entry points for carrying things in. I get using 2 of them, but it was raining, so it was a lot of mud and leaves dragged around for me to clean after. Seemed excessive.
10. They stopped moving things hours early on top of the above drive. Paid full quote ahead.
11. They did not unwrap about 5 different things including tvs/nor put the legs back on.
12. We put $500 cash on the counter to give to each of them as tips at the end (on top of $25 subs each). The day manager came up to me and said, “oh and I believe your husband left us a tip?” This was not only presumptive, but also rude and misogynistic. It is 2025 - we both work, and it is our money.
13. This moving experience was honestly terrible, and I have nothing but negative thoughts about it. A couple of them were nice enough. But I would not recommend this company or the management to my worst enemy.

Booked All My Sons Moving & Storage for my 80yr old clients move today. We had the pleasure of meeting Cory and Simon, they did a great job . Plus they were very friendly.. overall will book again

Very professional and helped with every thing I asked. Blake and Kenny worked really well together and got the job done as quick as they possibly could beings that nothing was packed. Would definitely recomend them so much so that I am rebooking them for the unload for another day.

Tayshaun and Keith were amazing! They helped move a fridge and piano for my grandma. They were very professional and BEYOND helpful. If everyone at this company has the same demeanor as these two, I could not recommend this service more! They will be the first people I call whenever I need to move anything.

Ok, so Keith and Jahvay moved me today. They did.great job, far exceeding my ecxpectations. They were on-time, polite, respectful and very diligent.
