Highly recommend! Honest and reliable service!! Very different than any other place we have ever gone to! Dave and his team are so knowledgeable and professional above and beyond!!! Prices are fair and they show you what is important to fix and what can wait! Also, only time I have ever gone to have a car repair done and not have my car come back smelling like smoke! They are wonderful!!

Dave was very accommodating with getting a time that would work for me.
Been going to Ulmers in Anderson for many years since closer to my home but they had a full calendar.

My new go-to mechanic. They quickly analyzed my vehicle and prioritized repairs, letting me chose exactly what I wanted to address. My car was also returned 2 business days ahead of the estimated completion time, which I very much appreciated.

I couldn’t have asked for better service. When I first called to explain the issue with my car, Dave was super knowledgeable and upfront about things, which I really appreciated. I told him the code from the report that Autozone gave me and he immediately was familiar with this code and took the time to explain that it could be an issue with a sensor going bad or something more involved like the transmission. It ended up just being the sensor thankfully! They are definitely honest in their work and fair with their prices. They also kept me well-informed throughout the process and care that their customers are satisfied with their service. They’re a great business, very professional, and I will definitely use them again in the future when I need my car worked on.

Ulmers is fantastic! The staff is friendly and helpful. I was so impressed with the diagnostic report of our car. Wow! So informative and helpful to know how our car is doing. They also checked in after the service via text to make sure the car was running well. We have had standard oil changes and other services there. We have always been happy with the service, they always do great work! We can’t say enough good things about them.

Totally satisfied with the service we get for our Honda Odyssey at Ulmer's Auto Care. Not only do they fix any maintenance we need but also give a complete bumper to bumper check. We won't go anywhere else.
