I have used bigger named glass repair services in my past and these guys blew them out the water. Better price…done twice as fast…and able to squeeze me in same day after hunting for my window I needed. I was able to take a deep breath after my terrible day of having my car broken Thank you so much! I will be referring everyone I know to you!

Very fast and reliable! I had a smashed in side window and stopped in the shop. Didn't even have an appointment and they had me back on the road in under 45m.

Window glass replaced a few months ago. Glass started coming off track every time it’s rolled up or down within weeks. Went in to fix it myself and screws and grommets are missing from door, vapor barrier is ripped and not tacked on at all. Maybe there was a problem more than just the glass but if there was they clearly just tried to avoid it instead of addressing it or at least telling me.

SUCH A HELPFUL BUSINESS! Had some weird insurance policy issues before coming in where my insurance said they couldn't cover glass repair (I'm insured in KY, so it should be free!). The guys at the shop called the insurance line directly and helped sort it out where my policy was accepted and in the end it turned out to be covered by my insurance! Was in and out the next day with a brand new windshield within 35 minutes. Highly recommend!! Great people.

Wrote just details on their online site for inquiry and received a phone call maybe 30mins later. Was told they could get me in the same day even with having to order the glass. Drove to their shop both were very professional and took care of my window in 30mins just like they said they would. Safelite wanted 2x what I was charged here and now I can cancel that appointment since the window has already been installed.

Troy and the guys at American Auto Glass are super professional and had my new windshield installed perfectly in under an hour. They don't price gouge like some of the other companies and even though I decided to go to the shop in Cincinnati and get my windshield put in, they will come right to you. Thanks guys you've got all my business from now on.
