I hate that they closed the A.T. Beavercreek. Now I have to travel down to Cincinnati. Thats why I gave them four stars. They could put one at liberty center which is always busy

I have to commend the customer service at this location, as I have never had a rude associate. They are also friendly and helpful whether browsing or returning a purchase.

Very conservative clothing. The staff is moderately helpful. The sales are pretty good.

They hide behind their store policies to avoid processing returns because the chain is about to go out of business and can't afford good customer support. Not surprising since the products are so cheap.

Even sale items are very expensive. Before, I could come and buy several things at once, but now clothes on sale that is worth buying is around $100 or more. Not sure why those changes had to take place, but it is very disappointing. Sadly, not a regular shopper there anymore.

Please go back to the early 2000's and put some prints , color and style back into your clothing, your CEO and creative team should be fired, unless they are intentionally designing for 70 year olds with no style and like to dress in sea foam green.

I actually came into the store to find some new outfits to purchase for the holiday coming up. I was really disappointed to see that I was in the store for more than five minutes and nobody has said anything to me. Everyone was just kind of talking in their little groups, not paying attention to the customers in the store. I actually watched several people walk in and not one person was ever addressed with even a hello or do you need help. I actually went to the employees and I said I wanted to make a comment. Simply put, I said that I was very turned off by their business for the fact that I had been in the store for so long and nobody had ever asked me for address to me anything. And all they could do was nod their head, and say nothing. How professional! Will be emailing corporate.

The young sales girls were tacky, loud, and unprofessional. They were literally yelling across the racks at each other. I left and went to Rookwood where I wil see decorum and professionalism that match the elegance of the product.

I was ignored at Macy's and given MINIMAL service at Express. I was in need of a suit for an incredibly important interview and was losing hope by the time I stumbled into Ann Taylor. I was greeted with smiles and the service was phenomenal. The girls genuinely listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect outfit-- I'm so pleased with the outcome and felt like I was shopping with trusted friends. I'm 21 years old and I've worked in retail for years, I am so refreshed by the women in this store 10/10 I would recommend shopping here!!
