Cincinnati for being the happiest lady in town and for her outstanding dedication as a property manager. She takes excellent care of everyone and I am so grateful for her helping my husband! “There has never been a time that I moved into a community that embraces all of their tenants and visitors with a warm heartfelt welcoming and a family atmosphere! The first person I met was Ms. Alivia, she is warm hearted, full of smiles , a beautiful spirit, she did not let up in assisting me with my move in. I mostly loved the line of communication she kept with me . All in all when Ms Alivia handed me my keys and said :WELCOME HOME! with a gift bag and warm hug I really really felt AT HOME!!! Ms. Michaela I met second and toured me also has the most beautiful personality and spirit as well. Together the staff at Northgate meadows makes a difference when it comes to feeling like HOME. While I know that angels fly in mid heaven directing things, I believe that they directed me here safely making sure I was in good hands as I have felt and seen nothing but love at northgate meadows.
Thanks Ms. Alivia for taking time out of your busy schedule to settle me and my family in our new beautiful home!!!

I had the pleasure of calling The Groton Lofts my home for the past three years, and I can genuinely say it was an exceptional experience. From the stunning property itself to the outstanding service provided by the staff, everything about this place deserves top marks.
The property is beautifully maintained and offers a wonderful living environment. The modern amenities and comfortable living spaces made everyday life a joy. The common areas were always clean and well-kept, reflecting the high standards upheld by the management.
A special shout-out to Abby, who was an absolute delight to work with from day one. She was always available to answer any initial questions I had and ensured a smooth transition into my new home. Throughout my three-year stay, Abby consistently checked in to ensure everything was going well and promptly addressed any concerns I had. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism truly made a difference.
Although maintenance needs were rare, on the few occasions they did arise, the response was swift and efficient. The maintenance team handled everything with a high level of professionalism, ensuring minimal disruption to my daily routine.
Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, I had to relocate. If circumstances allowed, I would have happily stayed another three years. Without a doubt, The Groton Lofts will be my first choice if I ever need to move again.
I wholeheartedly recommend The Groton Lofts to anyone seeking a fantastic living experience. It’s a 10 out of 10 stars from me!
