It’s a peaceful and quiet community in a convenient location, close to downtown Cincinnati and also near Oakley and Hyde Park. A special shoutout to Paige for all her help and support from day one. “We moved into Ivy Hills Living Places in February 2026 and couldn’t be happier! First, we feel like it’s a great deal for the amount of living space, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor space that you get. Second, the leasing agreement process was straightforward, easy to understand and the staff answered all of our questions quickly and made the move in process very easy. Any maintenance issues have been dealt with immediately with no pushback. Dakota, Kaelie and Daniel have all been great to work with, very responsive and always seem happy to help. The location is in great proximity to Downtown, Kenwood, and Eastgate, but you feel like you’re away from the busy parts of those areas. We would highly recommend IHLP - if you’re looking for an apartment or townhouse, definitely check it out!”

It can be hard to be patient often times but people don’t realize the many moving parts that must be addressed in the process of making repairs and improvements while continuing to serve many other different property owners. I had the pleasure of calling The Groton Lofts my home for the past three years, and I can genuinely say it was an exceptional experience. From the stunning property itself to the outstanding service provided by the staff, everything about this place deserves top marks.
The property is beautifully maintained and offers a wonderful living environment. The modern amenities and comfortable living spaces made everyday life a joy. The common areas were always clean and well-kept, reflecting the high standards upheld by the management.
A special shout-out to Abby, who was an absolute delight to work with from day one. She was always available to answer any initial questions I had and ensured a smooth transition into my new home. Throughout my three-year stay, Abby consistently checked in to ensure everything was going well and promptly addressed any concerns I had. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism truly made a difference.
Although maintenance needs were rare, on the few occasions they did arise, the response was swift and efficient. The maintenance team handled everything with a high level of professionalism, ensuring minimal disruption to my daily routine.
Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, I had to relocate. If circumstances allowed, I would have happily stayed another three years. Without a doubt, The Groton Lofts will be my first choice if I ever need to move again.
I wholeheartedly recommend The Groton Lofts to anyone seeking a fantastic living experience. It’s a 10 out of 10 stars from me!

The fan had stopped working and he kept me up to date on parts coming in, what issues he was working on, and resolving them quickly. I have lived here for 3 years and I’m glad they finally have a maintenance supervisor who is accountable and dependable.”
“You cannot get into this building unless you are accompanied by someone with a Childrens Badge and employees are quite firm on this rule to the point of sometimea seeming distrustful. Once inside however, people are friendly enough and there is a small cafeteria where you can get a quick bite to eat or coffee, drinks, etc.”

“I visited The Oaks of Kenwood a few days ago and wanted to share my thoughts because some of the reviews almost made me skip touring it. After seeing the property, I think there are a couple things people should keep in mind.
Some of the buildings are clearly older and look like they’ve been renovated. Because of that, I can understand how some of the reviews about the condition of certain apartments might be coming from those areas. Renovations can only do so much when the buildings themselves are older.
That said, the leasing consultant I spoke with, Miguel, showed me that there are also newer buildings on the property that were built more recently. These are not renovated units, they’re newer construction with new interiors. The finishes looked nice and the unit I saw had washer and dryer hookups in the apartment. The outside of those buildings also looked a lot better compared to the older ones.
I think this is where some of the confusion might come from. If you only see the older buildings first, you might assume the whole complex looks like that, but the newer buildings honestly feel like a completely different place. Those are the ones I would personally focus on if I were considering living here.
The main thing I noticed is that the grounds could use some work. There was an area behind the newer buildings that looked like it might have been a pond or pool at some point and it looked a little neglected. It would be nice to see more landscaping, flowers, and just some general cleanup around the property. Right now it feels a little dull outside even though the apartments themselves looked pretty nice.
Overall, I do think the property has a lot of potential, especially with the newer buildings. If management continues improving the outdoor areas and keeping up with the property, it could easily become a really solid option in this area.
Also want to mention that Miguel was great to work with. He was very responsive, easy to talk to, and answered all of my questions. That alone made the experience a lot better compared to some other places where it’s hard to even get someone on the phone.”
“Indian creek is a friendly, well-run community. There are many activities for residents. The staff is always helpful and polite. I have used the available bedrooms in the clubhouse for guests. The location is excellent.”
