I spent a day trying to figure out why I couldn’t access an online spreadsheet and was told by multiple tech supporters it was a Mac issue. Next day the owner of AppleRX solved my problem in about 15 minutes and tried to send me on my way without billing me! I gladly paid him anyways and will definitely be back if I ever have any other issues. Really nice guy!

Replaced the battery in my 9 year-old MacBook Pro on the same day I brought it in. Even came back early from lunch to start the job. Great personal service and competitive pricing. Definitely recommending to all my Mac friends.

Had a MacBook Pro that was giving me and my family grief. I/we had spent several hours trying to fix it ourselves, but we just couldn't get things working. This is where AppleRX LLC came to the rescue. They had us up and running within 30-minutes. Excellent service at a VERY reasonable price. Highly recommend this shop. Thanks so much AppleRX LLC!

ABOVE AND BEYOND PROFESSIONALISM KNOWLEDGE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! There are not enough adjectives to truly speak on our experience with Bek. My son goes to Kent State and on Sunday 11.24.24 his battery in his iPhone 11 swelled and cell popped which caused it to catch on fire. This is a known problem by Apple. He had 2nd degree burns on his thumb. So we filed with insurance and got a new phone. On Wednesday 11.27.24 after driving 8 hours round trip we went to the Apple Store in Kenwood. After explaining what had occurred and all we needed was to see if the device would turn on to be able to transfer data the tech at apple basically said tough luck. If it’s not on the cloud we can’t help which I knew was false. I again asked if they would just pop a battery in long enough to see if it would even turn on and if it did we would then take it elsewhere to try data transfer. That was when we were informed that the MOMENT A CUSTOMER MENTIONED FIRE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO STOP ALL CONVERSATIONS WITH SAID CUSTOMERS AGAIN KNOWING ABOUT THE DEFECT IN THEIR BATTERIES. at that point we asked what to do and they informed of a different place that was apple approved that may be able to help at a cost of 400$ for a data transfer!!! I immediately remembered my family recommended BEK. Upon calling on Thanksgiving at 6pm we were shocked they were still open and Bek said come on in. Not only did the old phone turn on with a good battery it still completely operational and all the data was there!!! Thank you for everything and you have our business for life on all our electronics!! Not only was the cost literally $300 less the apple Certified store it was completed in less than 2 hours on holiday eve. THANK YOU THANK YOU. TRUE HERO AND THIS SMALL BUSINESS DESERVES TO BE RECOGNIZED AND SUPPORTED BY ALL WHO LIVE IN THE AREA.

I had a great experience at this place! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The service was quick, so I didn't have to wait long at all. Plus, the prices were very fair, giving me great value for my money.

Do not do business with this place. I was sold a lemon phone and they have not fixed it! Also I now know it was very over priced as well. I learned my lesson unfortunately the hard way. The response from business is inaccurate. I tried to return for repair at my own cost through mail with insurance. The owner first said okay he would repair and/or replace and send back to me. I explained I’m 3-4 hours away round trip not counting how long it would take for the repair, I’m a single Mom, and I work a lot of hours a week. Afterwards he changed his mind and would not allow me to mail my the phone to him at my cost. He said he didn’t want to be responsible of mailing it back to me even though phones are mailed everyday. Just an excuse to not be responsible for the overpriced 64gb lemon he sold me. So you said you offered me another solution that was for me to waste $75 more dollars of my gas money and hours of my time I don’t have to drive and wait for your solution. I offered to insure the phone and mail to you would be less more money out of my pocket for the lemon phone that worked correctly less than 72 hours and you Declined. So if I insure and mail you are now going to mail a working phone back to me?

Bek fixed my my stuck backspace key on my Lenova laptop in just a few minutes. Great service. Will use again for any future laptop repairs.

Once again, Sam came through with his “stick to it” attitude. He diligently worked through the problem with my laptop and was very patient with all questions asked. Glad to have an honest business close by
