Manager is not helpful at all. He spends his time flirting with customers instead of doing his job. He failed to put 4+ customers on the wait queue, but then proceeded to put customers on that had come in more than minutes after the previous customers. HOWEVER!!! John was SO helpful and kind and communicated clearly. He was very clearly doing his best to help customers and work with them during the waiting period. He was an excellent employee while the manager just stood around after he was done flirting.

To frame this review- I visited the store on Christmas Eve so that likely had something to do with the delays in service. My phone had broken and I wanted to change to ATT FirstNet, a service for first responders. The phone I wanted was out of stock at a store I had visited the day before but they told me the phone would be in stock at this store so I arrived before the store opened. When I spoke with an associate, I found out they actually DIDN'T have the phone I wanted but they did have a similar one. I spent four hours setting up phone services with them. Again, combination of the store and employees, holiday, etc. I declined the device insurance and asked to be put on the basic FirstNet Unlimited plan. When I reviewed the bill before signing, I found that I HAD been signed up for device insurance and had to ask a second time to have it removed, though the bill at that point reflected that I had been signed up for the FirstNet Unlimited plan. I checked my bill a couple of weeks later and found that the associate had signed me for the more expensive First Net Unlimited Extra, not the more basic plan we had agreed upon. ATT can't refund me the difference apparently- they said I have to go back to the store but I was in from out of town visiting relatives. This took place in a background of them constantly trying to upsell me, get me to sign up for their internet coverage, etc. I felt like I was on a used car lot. Please don't trust this store to take care of you in a timely manner or to actually honor your agreement. Even if you review the bill closely before signing you can still apparently get scammed. And this was for a plan that is operated in conjunction with the federal government (FirstNet)! I can't imagine what it's like to sign up for a regular ATT plan there.

Was greeted at the door very quickly. Got to work with Nick. He was a wonderful person to help us out. He gave us all the correct information on what service we wanted to continue with and gave us great information for the future. He walked us out, which was very nice. We will be back and hopefully We’ll have Nick again as our representative.

Only here in Cincinnati, Ohio from Florida feel like business operations are behind-the-times. Online order pick up takes an average more than 20 minutes. Policy and terms were explained fine it's the wait time to pick up an online order and cannot your staff multi-task?

Switching providers has always been a miserable experience so I had low expectations heading into AT&T three days before Christmas. I was shocked by the great service, painless process, and great prices. Cam helped us out and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I’m very glad I switched to AT&T!

The agent that assisted me was knowledgeable and done the best they could with my phone but ultimately I had to file a claim and get a new one however it was a good experience there they were really nice.

This was THE BEST visit I have ever had at a physical store and I've been a customer for over 20 years. Alecia was FANTASTIC and helped me replace my kid’s busted phone and save some money on my bill. I cannot say enough good things about her or my experience at the store.
