You can cancel it but it’s such a hassle. Avoid go to corporate stores you will get honest service.

Be mindful this is an "authorized retailer" and not a company store. If you need anything other than an iPhone bought and activated, you're better off going somewhere else for help

District manager never called me back. This store really messed up my account in December 2023. They haven’t been helpful in solving any of the problems they created. They kept lines open on my account that now I can’t close. I know that this might have been a few bad employees, but now my account is seriously messed up and nobody at the store will take accountability. How is this legal?
Update: 07-09-24 - still no response from the store
Update: 08-24-24 - still no response from the store. I call once a week, they tell me they’ll fix it and never do. What’s up with this store?
Update: 09-02-24 - still no help from this store. I keep going in, but they tell me I’ll get a call that I never do. But funny story, while I was there the employee told me another lady came in ready to sue because her trade in was stolen by other employees. She wasn’t able to get the credit through ATT because they never received her trade in.
I’m still waiting for that call guys, anytime now

Still no luck with this place. Probably the worst customer service anywhere in Cincinnati.

This store post they are open on Sunday. They are not. I stopped by the store 2 weeks ago to ask them why they did not change it. Did not care if the give wrong information to customers like me who came to the store, and it is closed. Would not give me the manager to contact.
Did a google review and was told a district manager would contact me. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME.
I dare ATT to call me. I know why everyone IO talk to says ATT is not the company it was years ago.

Charles at the Kenwood,Ohio store was very helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. He provided great customer service and went beyond my expectations for the service he provided me while trying to find a new phone. We need more sales personnel like Charles!

Charles welcomed me the moment I came into the store-- he was engaged in helping me get a new phone and assisted me throughout the entire process. The first phone he showed me was perfect for what I needed, he did not try to upsell me the most expensive phone which I appreciated, and he did not pressure me to buy a phone case or anything extra that I didn't need. Charles is one of the best associates I've seen in phone stores (polar opposite from when I went to Verizon and T Mobile). I will absolutely be shopping at this location in the future and I highly recommend retaining Charles and considering him for a raise because you will not find associates that don't play on their phones or have attitudes AND knowledge of the business. 10/10 will be back in the future.

I presented a complicated situation that involved replacing a lost phone. Charles went above and beyond to make sure I got the replacement I needed, and on top of that, got me a good deal on the new phone!

Awful experience. First of all, it's not an AT&T store. It looks like one, but when I escalated and spoke to the manager he informed me that they are not part of AT&T and in fact are another company that happens to be an AT&T Reseller. Long story short, even though they told me at the beginning of the transaction that I would get $350 discount on a new iPhone 15 Pro with my iPhone 11 trade in, and despite me traveling back to the store at least 5 times to work it out and talk to the manager, I never got any discount at all. So, I ended up being misled and having to pay full price. By the end, the only alternative they gave me was to return my new phone, but they wouldn't give me all of my money back since I had purchased a front and rear screen protector which of course are not reusable. I couldn't be more upset with them and I recommend that everyone avoid this store.

Went in to drop my phone off to complete the trade-in process for my upgrade. Guy had to call his manager because he didn’t know what to do. 20 minutes into the process another customer walks in and the employee starts taking care of him instead of finishing helping me while the other employee just sits on a couch on his phone. At 35 minutes I just took my phone back and took it to another location. It took 5 minutes to complete the process at a different location.

Went in to the sycamore store to get a new screen protector. A gentleman by the name of Eric was busy and the only employee. I didn’t have to wait too long but I have to say he was great at handling everyone’s needs. He was efficient, polite and knowledgable.
