I’m leaving the store super happy. Spirit was very helpful, knowledgeable, willing to answer all my questions, and very attentive to everyone client that walked through the door. They they tell you insurance and NextUp are required for 14 days which is a boldfaced lie. It’s a business strategy to get you to make you forget you’re paying for the features.Trying to force an old woman to pay for insurance with crazy high deductibles on a $400 phone is pretty scummy. Forcing a $6/month payment on somebody who only gets a new phone every 5 years is also shady.Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the sales rep was nice, but you guys need to work on your ethical business practice.

I have had to go this at&t 5 times to fix my bill because they couldn't give me the proper promotion when I upgraded my mom's phone they are thieves do not go to this at&t. The second I can switch carriers in going to. I've been with at&t since 2011 and this is the worst I've been treated ever. It's horrible. I don't understand what I'm paying for anymore because the customer service sucks. I'm going to go somewhere cheaper. Over priced for what you get.

Discounts that were promised for being a nurse were removed without notice on 6 lines after three months. Was charged for two internet services for my house that I never used and didn't realize I was being charged double for. I didn't realize I was being overcharged for several months because of their "discounted autopay". The company refused to give me back any of my money back. I was cheated out of thousands of dollars. I admit this is partially my fault for not paying attention to my bills. I just thought AT&T was more honest than this. This is by far, without a doubt, the WORSE cellphone company I have EVER done business with.

This location is staffed by workers who treat you with respect. My phone was not charging and the staff went above and beyond to help me. The location on an afternoon was b u s y, so perhaps go earlier. They had 2 staff working. The small parking lot is tough to manipulate as it fills up.

Worst customer service ever. No acknowledgment. Only one person workingand the one person working was extremely rude.This is the second time i’ve been to this location and not had the best experience. You all really need to train your employees like Chik Fil A does.Horrible… really need to close this location

Josh, the assistant manager, did a wonderful job helping me upgrade my iPhone 8 Plus to an iPhone 14. He was professional yet casual. He explained everything in a way I understood without making me feel stupid (which I really appreciated). He did try to up sell everything (as he is trained to do) but didn’t push when I said no. I really appreciated that too. I would definitely recommend this AT&T location.

Jade was totally professional and competent. She even managed to calm me emotionally after I lost my phone. I was more than impressed with her phone skills and I observed her interactions with an irate customer. She handled the situation with great tact. She’s a keeper for sure.
