I visited the Stonecreek store this afternoon to try and resolve a billing issue I've been experiencing for over a month. Shout out to Adrick for top-notch customer service. He took the time to hear me out and really understand my issue. He was able to find a resolution to my problem, and by the time I left the store the issue was completely resolved. I was relieved to find someone who had the know-how, skill, and expertise to provide some real help instead of platitudes and delays. Thanks again.

Walked in twice and was lied to twice. Can’t believe I trusted them the second time, they supposedly had this protection plan to get your phone fixed for free in January if you had the plan which I did. I called support and they told me it was a lie.

I do not even give them 1 start they are straight trash! The first responders network is a gimmick they just want to take your money and the service does not work please do not waste your money like I did!!

I purchased ATT services after 21 years with a well known competitor whose service issues with poor connectivity couldn’t be resolved.ATT representative Andrew was most accommodating to me as a senior citizen.. I now have reliable service in the Cincinnati area.Very pleased I ended my old carrier service!Carter

Drew and Logan were very efficient and knowledgeable about the issues surrounding the reason my wife's phone would not receive or able make calls. They even saved us money on our monthly bill by upgrading us to the premium service plan!

we bought 4 lines yesterday after we asked the seller if it's compatible with our cellphones, and he said yes, it is. but after we went home and inserted the sim card into our phones, they didn't work. and when we returned to the store, he told us there was no refund, so we paid 130 $ for no thing

Customer service is kinda shady. Prices are more expensive than Tmobile or Verizon. Always been a fan of AT & T but inflation has me going in a different direction with this company. The store is nice and everything is high tech, but they need to improve on customer service and be more affordable during this recession.

Please be careful when making changes to your line! DAVID V/ Manager falsely upgraded a line without my permission; never received the phone. I spent 4 hours on the phone with customer service to fix the issue. Don’t trust DAVID, looking for quick commission, is not loyal and unapologetic. Threatened to call the police, I welcomed this idea as I had printed documentation that the serial numbers matched and traced every false and unapproved action. Authorizes were not called; guess it would be him telling on himself. I need corporate and/or Logan, Regional Mgr to address the events with DAVID that occurred on 6/25/23. Take your service elsewhere.

I had been calling into customer service but it seemed as if they couldn't help me with my new phone and old number to be added to the phone. When I went into the store, the representative fixed the issue expeditiously. Great job
