After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, AT&T would not let me cancel after I lost my password information. This speaks volumes about the integrity of the company. They then sent me to collections after I cut them out of my bank account. Their corporate office is embarrassment.

I was just doing some online shopping to find a different provider. Easy to navigate website and some decent deals made this a nice shopping experience.

I'm only giving a one because I can't do a zero . I cannot even begin to explain the horrific and horrible customer service I've had for the last three days . It's criminal , gaslighting and unbelievably an incredible downfall to what a decade ago was good customer service .

Run as fast as you can. By design, they have the worst customer service ever. They lie about what they are going to charge you over and over and over. They sent a sales person to the inside of my gated community. They are as bad as you could possibly be.

Tried to cancel my service, was transferred 9 times. Probably the worst/dumbest group of people I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. A frozen human turd has more decency and intelligence than their customer service department.

Never, ever use AT&T! It's borderline criminal! AT&T Have had an issue with a problem on their end and we've spent countless hours, over the past several months, getting the run around with customer support. Now they are holding a phone number locked so I can't switch to companies!

Called to get TV and internet service and was on the phone 2 hours the first time. Two days later called again because it didn't seem right and couldn't understand the girl on the phone. Which it wasn't they had me set up with 2 companies. Well at that point I was on the phone again for 2 hours, finally talked to a supervisor and she said they would be out around 4 pm March 13th since I didn't get home from work till then. Well I got a call from the technician at 1:30 pm. He was rude and said he would have to call his boss. Never have heard anything back it is 5 30 pm . This company is ran by monkeys as far as I am concerned . I don't know what the heck is going on there but I will never bother again with them. Horrible customer service. I guess they don't need business. So hopefully we will get a better company in our area. So sad had companies are ran these days. Wasted so much of my time!!! Promised me the technician would not come till 4 pm she was putting that in the notes. You need to go out of business!! You are horrible !!!
