Last couple times was recommended to call 611 . It was same guy last 3 times who didn’t want even try to do anything. Just call 611, they will do it. And he was doing nothing, played on the phone. I know I can call 611, but don’t want to wait 30 minutes to reach representatives and then speak with 3 different people on the other part of the world and spend one more hour

The facility was welcoming. Mark was very knowledgeable and patient. He took his time and explained all my options, answering all my questions which allowed me to make a choice that best fitted my needs.

I called AT&T and I received an exceptional service from Jake! I came to the store 4 days ago to unlock my phone. I was taught how to unlock my sim, but I couldn’t do it. I called again yesterday and after he heard me, he said come to the store and will take care of it. I did, and he helped me and resolved my issue within less than 5 min.
Thanks Jake for being patient with me. Even tho it’s a service that the store didn’t initially offer

Went in Yesterday to trade my phone in, no one was in the store so I assumed they were in the back. I called the store and asked if anyone could come out into the front to help me, they laughed and hung up on me. This is incredibly unprofessional behavior.

Dallas was amazing after my husband son in law and me try to fix my phone It was not letting me call an android phone which my son has well with in less then five minutes he fix it with a smile and didn’t make me feel foolish I really appreciate him being so kind. Diane Traccy

Okay I’m gonna break this down day by day. First day we came in I was just getting phone for me and then my boyfriend possible on my plan. Kayla and Ronzd rushed the sale and completely messed up the whole thing. I’m now paying for an extra line that doesn’t have any phone or anything connected. In quote ronzd said “I discounted it and you pay for it” well I actually found out that I’m getting charged for it and whole other things I’m getting charged for. Kayla doesn’t know what she is doing Ronzd took over the whole thing and she would chime in every now and then but we had to wait for her when she used the restroom (20-30minutes at multiple times). Ronzd and Kayla didn't go over things with the bill he acted like he was just trying to get the sale and get us out the door. Thats just the first day. The second time we went in there we had two other people which I will not mention there names because they did an amazing job. I came in and they fixed every issue I had with Kayla and Ronzd. For Ronzd being the manager you would have imagined he wouldn’t treat the whole situation like a sale but he did. He and Kayla didn’t give us our pin. They promised in the begging that we would be able to get two phone no matter what. Well comes to find out I couldn’t. Which that’s not there fault but promising a customer they can get certain things and just not understand okay we will need to wait but insisted that we won’t get approved again for a phone. The two guys that helped us the next day knows who they are and they both deserve a raise and everything hands down that’s the best experience I had with AT&T. I want to add that Kayla and Ronzd both were very pushy and didn’t explain anything about my billing didn’t even tell me how to pay or how to do anything. Very poor communication and I hope that corporate does actually take care of this. Because I heard this isn’t the first complaint about them and it’s still being done. Thank you to the guys that helped us and has done wonderful jobs and have done the explaining that should of been explained in the first place.

Switched from another carrier and they made it seem so easy it was impossible, which it turned out to be. Some details left out and a lot more leg work and cost needed on my end than they led me to believe. Just remember they are sales people and their objective is to close the deal.

This was a great experience and I’m pretty sure it’s all because of Dallas! he was knowledgeable, helpful, and confident without being arrogant. We walked out with a new phone and new internet service but never felt pressured to get either of those.
