Declan is a life saver! My father needed a replacement device. I called ahead as the colerain location was ridiculously packed and upon arrival he was here happy and willing to assist us. I’d drive this far 10000X over just for this seamless transaction and great customer service.

I went to the Dent location on Harrison Avenue to look into current deals through AT&T for a new Samsung Galaxy phone/maybe a Galaxy watch. Blake Bilyeu was an extremely helpful person who answered all the questions I had if I were to upgrade through the more recent package deals available in store. I appreciate his assistance and his respect is part of the reason I continue using service through AT&T. Thank you so much Blake and AT&T!
