Bought my g37 sedan here. Price was a little high for the mileage but car was really clean. Almost no rust underneath which in my opinion worth a little extra. No pressure from the sales guy or anyone else. Buying process was fast and simple, didn't try to sneak in any warranties like I've had some big name dealers do. No issues with the car at all except for a few regular wear and tear parts but that expected and wasn't needed right off the lot either. Would buy from them again.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOT!!!My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in November 2023. Took it to the mechanic today (March 20, 2024) for a basic repair and they couldn’t work on it due to an issue in the undercarriage that made it unsafe. The mechanic informed me this car never should have been driven off the lot because it was too severe for it to have happened in the short time we’ve had the vehicle. Not only did the dealership not disclose this information, they allowed us to test drive the car with an extremely dangerous issue that could have caused us to get in a major accident. We contacted the dealership to tell them about the problem and they refuse to help us and the repair is not covered under the third party warranty we paid an extra $1300 for.

We recently bought a used vehicle here.We traded in a 2008 Ford Edge that we had just put 700 dollars worth of work into before trading it in.We bought a 2010 Cooper from Auto Empire and drove it home to Indiana, pulled in the driveway, and it died.It now needs $2700 worth of work to make it runnable again.I will give Auto Empire some credit for offering to pay for half of the repairs.And while that helps, we are now stuck paying and additional $1350 after trading in a car in great shape.Legally, I don't believe they had to pay anything. But morally, they should have either paid for the repair, or offered us our old car back, which we would have done. We literally had not owned the car for 6 hours before it was unusable.The part needed to fix the car is back ordered, so we STILL can't drive our new car, and it's been a month.That's a long time to rent a car because your new car won't run.I do not believe they are dishonest, nor were they unpleasant at all. Just an unfortunate situation that ended very badly for us. :(

I got hit by a drunk driver and due to that didn't have a vehicle... I had to arrange a ride an hour and a half away to look at a truck and the experience was amazing. Not only did they sell me a great truck at a great price but they stayed an extra two hours after close to finalize the deal so I didn't have to make the drive back the next day. Fantastic service. And what made it even better is I'm a question person... I have a question about everything... And he answered all of them without hesitation. Also what really put the buy over the top was right before I left they said "hey you have a long drive home let me check the oil in the truck before you go". That's a person that cares about their customers and repeat business. 10/10. Highly recommend.

I would recommend Auto empire to anybody in my family four friends it's a great place to shop for a car or any kind of vehicle they had their they're very honest and they treat you like I couldn't get it any other place a higher rating like I would Auto empire so when I go to shop for another vehicle I will definitely go back to Auto empire and I would recommend anyone else to do the same

I live out of state. Purchased a Chevy Avalanche from Adam. He took pictures and video and sent them to me so that I could see the truck APPEARED TO BE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. Unbeknownst to me, the entire undercarriage was inundated with rust. I drove this truck LESS THAN 20 miles and the fuel pump went up. While the truck was on the lift, the mechanic informed me that this truck will not be allowed to be driven on MD roads because it is littered with rust. The fuel line is ready to rupture as well as the steering. I have grandkids and I told Adam I had kids that would be riding with me. He knew this truck was nothing but rust. He said the only rust was on the lower door panel. But that was a lie to get me to buy this truck. I asked for video of the undercarriage as well and he sent video of an area with a small amount of rust, intentionally. When he took video of the inside of the truck, he totally hid showing me the cracked dash, intentionally. I've reached out to him to buy this truck back and void the sale but he keeps coming back with "let me check." Then just the other day he told me to talk to the finance Dept to buy truck back! Does he think because I'm a woman that I'm that stupid! He sold me the truck, not the damn financing company!!! So I would suggest not buying a vehicle from a deceptive dealership and I will be suing this dealership for deceptive practices! I am fortunate enough that I have his voice and the dealership on video lying and in numerous text messages. I'll update here shortly as well. #autoempirenorth

I bought a Chevy Cruze 2012 on 06/22/2022 , the driver window started first it didn’t want to roll up and I fix it in July with 500$ paid to the shop.And august the dashboard was showing high temp engine I took it to Midas paid 700$ and now the stopped less than 90 days. Beware of this dealership they Sell lemon car. And I called when it happened and I told Jim I know I don’t have a warranty because my insurance said just explain the situation no matter how they want to hear it or not, Jim was doing like his computer was wrong he will call me back I didn’t hear from him since now, that’s how you treat your customer. I paid cash 8000$ for this car but it is junk less than 90 months I go to the mechanic every day. It was my first time buying there and it will be the last too. I bought this part to fix the driver side window.

I wasn’t expecting to get approved for a vehicle but I filled out an application with Jim anyway. He was very professional and compassionate. He was able to get me approved for a Lincoln MKZ, the car I originally wanted. I had a great experience at AEN from start to finish. I love my car, I loved my experience. Thank you Jim and John for helping me out. If you are skeptical about buying a car just go and talk to them. The application process was quick and straight forward.

I highly recommend Auto Empire North. My husband, and I own a small cleaning business. With us owning a small cleaning business it was harder to prove our income. As well as our residents, since we currently moved, and sold our old house. Jeff went out, and beyond today to make sure I walked out with a vehicle I was satisfied with. He spent a little over 7 hours going back, and forth with the bank to make sure I would walk out with the vichicle I wanted. The owner was very friendly, and honest with me. He was more than willing to work with me. The other gentleman, Dwayne was super friendly with our 4 year old daughter. He was drawing with her, and everything. Not only was Dwayne friendly to our daughter so was Jeff. Jeff even gave our daughter some of his chocolate milk he had. Even though it was a long day, all 3 of them made the process as smooth as possible. I will definitely use them again in the future.

This location is horrible and shady. They'll run your credit multiple times after already being approved, promise to fix issues with your car and then not fix it, and charge you extra on top of it. Please avoid and tell everyone.They said they've never heard any issues but have called multiple times. Been in business "40 years" but still not reputable. Do NOT trust them.

I discovered this dealership on CarGurus and the staff was very friendly and personable. We came from out of town and the service we received from Jeff was great. The inventory is reasonably priced and I wouldn't mind making that drive again when time for another vehicle.. Thanks guys.
