I can say they are not customer friendly. The staff up front are more interested in their phones and kind of snappy, and I heard them openly complaining about customers in general as I was shopping. Some of the items didn’t have prices, and when I tried looking up what I wanted online the in store price did not match.
I tried to buy a steering wheel cover that was ‘on sale’ and they told me it was in the wrong place and I would have to pay full price. I *think* I got a good deal on some windshield washer fluid at least. Actually no, they were ‘on sale’ for 5.50 each, and both Walmart and Kroger have the exact same one for 4.00. Overall I felt like I wasted a lot of time. I’ll definitely avoid coming to this autozone in the future.

Fellow behind the counter was genuine. They had my oil filter but not my air filter. The glenway autozone seems to be carrying more items than the other autozones.

To the lovely gentleman, with GREAT, friendly customer service skills, working right before close last night, just wanted to point out, while yew might have had a full 8 hour work day and may be tired and ready to go home, I understand that completely. It may come to a COMPLETE surprise to yew, that there are other people in the world, who work different hours than yew do.
All I needed was yew to look up a bolt size from an item yew guys carry, that I had just purchased the other day, from another location and tell me what the measurement was.
That's all.
Simple request.
To focused on being a jerk and locking the doors to go back to your, I'm sure, happy home life, took me down to the bolts section, grabbed a package and I went to explain it was something behind the counter and I just needed the measurement on it and Yew shake the package in my direction stating "want these or not, cuz we closed"
Well no crap captain obvious, surely the store is closed now that we took an unnecessary stroll to the bolts for an item to be waived in my face.
You're a pleasant person. Hope your night remains as happy as your personality seems :)

i had the best experience at autozone, specially darius was super helpful and helped me put a wheel on the back of my car when he didn’t have to, definitely a star worker! :)

I am not happy at all I paid $147 bucks to pick up my stuff from Warsaw. AutoZone sent me a text saying my stuff is ready for pickup so I get there and they tell me they don't have anything and they have to refund my money but to go to glenway and they have everything which I did and I had a repay for everything only to find out the money or so I said was refunded wasn't refunded so my advice is just go somewhere else AutoZone's done me wrong yeah I still keep going there and I don't know why.

Not a good AutoZone to go to. The manager said cash or credit, And tried to do a partial payment, and he said he couldn’t do that. And it still charged my card. I have the receipt because I just paid the full amount on my other card. Which was a debit card. And my other card was still charged a whole amount. Tried to explain to them that they took my money on my other card still. Explained to him that I tried to use my “cash app card” and he was like well I asked you if you wanted to use cash. I’m standing there not understanding what he meant by that. Until I left. He doesn’t know what a cash app card is. That it’s an actual bank and credit system that has an actual card number. So I’m now out almost 9 dollars. And I will be going up there tomorrow if the payment isn’t disputed. Because that bald manger is stealing.
