I sent my mechanic there to purchase headlights for a truck.
The clerk told him he didn’t feel the headlights were gonna work, but I want my mechanic to purchase them anyway .
So my mechanic said to just sell him what he wanted.. the clerk said OK fine but if they don’t work, I’m not gonna return them for you because I told you .
So my mechanic left and went to a different AutoZone and was sold what he wanted .
I called the store irritated and explained if we were to incorrectly buy a part outside of clerks advise it’s a mistake we’re allowed to make and not up to the store to deny our return .
The clerk ( manager) then said he felt my mechanic acted like he “knew More” than him.. which.. last time I checked egos don’t matter in a damn auto zone. Sell me what I buy and if it doesn’t work I’m allowed to return it,

I mean it's an autozone. They always have what you need and are willing to help. This location is epic boss the workers are always helpful and a couple of them are cuties!! Whatever you need they probably have it or can lead you where u need to go.

Beans and Terrell were great! They worked tirelessly to help me change my car light even though I originally got the wrong one, they got me the right size and fit for my car and changed and replaced it for me. Thank you!

Dale's awesome. He took the time to search through every hose for one that worked with my vehicle (an older BMW) and when he couldn't find one he found me a store nearby that had it in stock (saving me 2-3 business days of waiting if I had to order online allowing me to get my project done sooner). This level of dedication to the cause and respect to a fellow human is why is why I keep coming back here.
TL;DR: These guys almost always have what you need in a pinch (and if not, know where you can get it) and treat you like a person- not just a customer.

As I walked in, the only employee was on the phone assisting a customer, therefore she didn't greet me or the 2 other customers who entered the store. I am not blaming her, because it is Management's job to make sure that there is enough coverage, especially at a busy location & if someone needs to take a break/ lunch or in the case of an emergency??? The young lady did answer my question & let me use a screw driver.
