Ben Lemon, I'm not saying no1 else is either, most are very friendly to help 1 out, but Ben really Climbs that Ladder to try and find a way when it just doesn't fall in his hand at 1st... Today around 5:20pm, I made a second stop to this location. I wanted just my alternator and starter checked. So there is 3 employees and I'm standing there. The female employee assisted me and I explained what I needed, she grab a battery tester. I explained I just left from where I purchased my battery and the cells were great, she proceeded to explain in order to test the alternator and starter she had to test the battery. Immediately she says
My battery is no good. I then tell her honey that is not correct because Canter Battery is where I purchased and they are a good company. Immediately my car didn't start she then ran back in the store and hide, then a young man comes out from another country, I asked have heard of Canter Battery he says no then proceed to tell me the company is not a
Reputable company. I will never return there and the females should only handle cashiering period. AUTOZONE YOU MUST DO BETTER AND STOP HIRING PEOPLE WHO DONT HAVE A CLUE ABOUT CARS.

The customer service at this location sucks. Everyone needs to be trained! When I was acknowledged by a Cashier she said to me “what do you need quote that is very unprofessional and rude. I would never return to this location again.

On 5/23, I purchased auto parts with the intention of receiving cash back.
Due to a warranty on the parts, my mechanic advised me to buy the new parts first, allowing me to return the old ones under warranty.
I paid in cash to avoid waiting up to 10 days for a credit card refund.
Unfortunately, the clerk shorted me on my cash back. Despite repeatedly asking for an explanation, I received no response, and the clerk appeared to be under the influence of a substance.
I filed a police incident report. I am waiting to hear back from the regional office.
Imagine if every customer gets shorted $30 to 40 bucks? It adds up quickly for the employees.

Your store manager Shirlisa Barksdale was amazing we had horrible day our car wouldn't start and we needed a new battery but we didn't have the tools. She went above and beyond she followed us to the location of our broken down car and helped us put the battery in car. It truly made our day. Because without her help it would've have been hours till we had help

The worst auto zone I've ever been too. No books to look up the parts I needed and the employee was so painful to walk through what I needed that I just went to another parts store close by.

I feel like this store has come a long way over the years. Most of the people are friendly and they don’t just sell me anything! They sell me what I need at a really good price. I wish this company services can be at every auto zone store but this one is the best yet

This store opens at 7:30. I’ve been sitting in the parking lot for over 45 minutes and this place still wasn’t open. I left here at 8:05 and I was so mad because there were workers in the building that kept staring at me and still proceed to stand and talk to each other. Very poor customer service and I do recommend going to this place ?? btw I ended up being late for work which was not cool man.
