Every time me or any of my family have gone to this location we are matched with horrible customer service. They refused to return a part due to claiming they needed a phone number although we had the receipt that was Sunday 6-15-25 Then yesterday 6-19-25 they refused to honor my lifetime break warranty saying I need to purchase it 2 times since I just got them in December. I don’t know who management of this location is but you need to do better this is by far the worst location they do business incorrectly and they try to swindle folks for money. I went to another location and my warranty was honored as it should. I will no longer support this location 2 different workers with the same work mentality and they both wear gray shirts a woman and a man they SUCK!!!

Marvin is absolutely wonderful
He is knowledgeable
I Was able to come in, get the part needed and get back to life
Honestly, Marvin made this the best auto zone visit ever and I’ve been to several autozones over the years

This is the absolute worst autozone around most of the staff are absolutely clueless what they are doing. Order parts pay extra money for so called garunteed shipping the next day. Then they say they don't know where parts are they can't check and don't know. Line is always super long and usally one person at the register. Don't waist your time use the one on colerain avenue

The guy behind the counter was nodding out on some kind of drug while he was standing up sleeping with his hands out. the manager just stood there and laughed.
I was the wrong color to be in the store. no one waited on me. I walked out while they laughed at me. Try to do better.

There's an associate at the Hamilton Ave location her name is Ms. Claudia. She is the most nicest and helpful person in there! I've been going there for over 3 years & there's never been someone like her. She is literally too good for this store. Everyone else just seems like they don't want to be there and if you ask for help then you're a burden to them!! I've seen 3 people at 1 register not ringing out anyone but Ms Claudia stepped up and got stuff done!!

My mom and I went to the laundromat when her car wouldn't turn over. It needed a jump at 9:30 at night, and I didn't think anyone who was there would help cause it was so late, and they would probably think we were suspicious. So, I went to AutoZone, and this curly haired kid had their auto jumper and came with me. After asking his manager, of course, and helped us out. I don't remember his name, but he was a young man and was so nice. The manager was nice enough to let him do it, too. I couldn't thank them enough, but I hope this review and a pat of the back from the upper echelon would suffice.

I went to 6750 Hamilton Ave Cincinnati, Ohio 45237. I went to purchase light bulbs for my car. I was being assisted by Tye, they were short staffed so l waited over 40 mins to get help. While waiting an employee, Shannon is walking through the store yelling "I hate this place, everybody getting on my nerves". She repeatedly yelled this through the store. I responded "she should quit then and we didn't want to hear that while we're here purchasing items". Shannon told me ,"Oh well" while she continued to repeatedly yell as she walked to register. Then want to argue with me while checking out a customer. I asked Tye is this how his employees act? I could tell he was overwhelmed. He is not being respected as management and l believe its because of his age. I was told Shannon has been working there for years. I will NEVER return to this location as long as the staff are unprofessional, rude, ghetto and make ignorant comments. This needs to be addressed immediately. I will call store Mgr in am as well. Shannon needs to be terminated immediately. Clearly she doesn't like her job or the customers and she has no problem being confrontational at work. She is a liability.

My mom was locked out of her car at the dollar general in the same area. She walked over to this auto zone to ask to use the phone. She doesn't remember the young lady name but I just want to say thank you so much for going over and beyond for my mom. We are truly grateful from calling your uncle,to giving her a ride to her house. Thank you thank you. AutoZone please keep employees like this and recognize her for a job well done.
