After having a fuel pump replaced the emblem on my shifter was missing. I confronted them about and they said they would replace it, they sent me a replacement piece that was wrong and isn’t even oem. An original replacement for the emblem was $50 and the fake one your shop tried to replace it with was $19.99. Congrats you lost a customer over $30.

I'm from out of town and was looking at purchasing a used Honda Accord from a local used car dealer. I had Avid perform a Pre-Purchase Inspection for me. They were very accommodating with scheduling for something so time dependent, and the digital inspection was incredibly informative and included pictures. Avid Autocare is a wonderful alternative to the dealer!

This place could only get better if they offer 5 course meals! They are communicative, reliable, accommodating…I could go on and on. If I need additional work that I didn’t plan for, they give me an estimate so I can plan for it next time. I refuse to go elsewhere if they are able to do my needed work. And I let anyone and everyone know about them.

Found AVID in the BBB. I am very happy to say I got excellent service. My air-conditioning was not blowing cold. They did evacuate the system and refilled the refrigerant. They did a proper job. They also provided an uber ride home and back. They did a complimentary inspection and there are a few issues that I was not aware of. I will be back again.

My car AC was blowing hot air and Orion at Avid ordered the ports and had my car in and out the same day! The air is cold again! I didn’t expect that I would be offered a loner car so I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was extremely courteous and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Avid Auto Care.

Fantastic service and knowledege about my car and very reasonably priced. I came here because I previously owned a VW and had wonderful experiences with Dubwerx. Now I have a Mazda. I used to take it to the dealer for service but never again!

By far the best communication I have ever experienced. They call with updates as they work on your vehicle, diagnosing the problem instead of just guessing at it.

Huge shoutout to Orion and Tylor, but all gentlemen at Avid were amazing! So professional, thorough - and HONEST! My Subi needed a lot of TLC, but the team made it as painless as possible, from facilitating Uber rides to providing a comprehensive summary of all potential issues. They were also quickly responsive to texts and emails, and even went to bat for me with my terrible warranty company. :) I will be making the trek from the Westside here for everything my Subaru needs.
Can't recommend highly enough!

The guys here are great. They’ve serviced my 2005 Lexus RX330, 2023 Volvo XC60 and 2015 Volvo XC70. Every single time it’s been a great experience. Very knowledgeable and communicative! Highly recommend!
