I’ve rented from them, Avis/Budget Downtown Cincinnati, so many times! I hate Enterprise. They do way too much even asking who my employer is. Avis/Budget always treats me with a level of trust and will even give me free upgrades! Renting from enterprise made me appreciate Avis/Budget downtown more.

Hey, we've been renting and extending with them for 3 months now and they've made the whole process super easy and even gave us discounts. The two ladies there are absolute angels! I've been to other Avis locations and none of the other front desk people were as helpful or patient as these two. Big thanks to them!

No reservation but they went out of their way to find me a car and then look for discounts for me. Great customer service at pickup and drop off. Tayler and Jordan were both VERY helpful!

Terrible experience. Booked a reservations days in advance. I show up and the door is locked and no one answers the phone. I wait around and then eventually walk into the garage and am told by the woman vacuuming a car that they don’t have any vehicles available for me and don’t know when one will come in. I’ve been a loyal Avis customer but I will no longer use them.

Im avis preffered 4ra61x. This location is highly unethical. I reserved and prepaid for an H class luxury vehicle, and they gave me this rinky, dinky subcompact buick without adjusting the price. They downgraded me TWO classes. Where's Ms. Donna? She always treated me with dignity. And the associates that checked out me out on Friday denied me of dignity when she believed so could pull a fast one on me.

A reliable rental location! Everything runs quickly and smoothly when renting from here. The cars are always in great condition and the people are nice.

I rent from here once every few weeks and the service is always 10/10. I really appreciate them for always accommodating me and making the check-in and check-out process as quick and easy as possible.

Disappointed - did not get the car class/ size I booked which resulted in a very uncomfortable journey for us. When I called customer service to see what they would do for us post the rental period as advised by AVIS - they provided a very minimal refund - I can't see that I would ever utilise or recommend their services.

Renting from the Downtown Avis location has always been extremely smooth, goof customer service, competitive pricing and good vehicle selection.
