let me start by saying they either suck at doing business or are too greedy. because it seems every time i book a rental car through uber they keep cancelling my reservation, and this is 5th time consecutively and I'm not even exaggerating. on top of that their best tactic to avoid conflit not to pickup call and forward all the drama to customer service reps. so if you are reserving a car from Uber, don't go to this place they are money hungry, won't give you a car, and the best part is that they will let you know a night before that they are canceling your reservation. i hope this is helpful to someone

Lynn is always so helpful and flexible ! Our cars are great, reliable and reasonable! We love it here. The Toyota Camry Hybrid was the best yet on gas too !

I reserved a car for yesterday 1/6 and spend $80 on a ride there for them to be closed with a note on the door saying they may or may not open due to weather. Are you kidding me? (Dayton Mall Avis is open) and still no answer today. I’ve spent $150 on Uber to get there and back and still have no rental car. Unbelievable. I can’t express how much grief this entire ordeal has cost me.

Feels like everytime they give me a price, no matter if I ask if this includes deposit, they want an extra 200 when I show up.

Horrible customer service. Guy behind counter acted as if it was a problem to even come get a car with all the heavy breathing and eye rolling. Then I get in my rental and it smelled like someone had just smoked weed in it.

They need to stop advertising available cars on uber if they have a full waitlist. I’m so tired of Avis and their bullshit ghetto practices. The dot will be notified about the false advertising as well as the consumer protection agency.

Absolutely disgusted....reserved a car and then called this morning to verify that they in fact had Uber rentals available and get all the way there for them to say sorry we don't have a car available and this isn't the first time.

Rented a car. They gave a voucher to get here. Got here and no cars for 7 weeks. They said the voucher would ride me home. It wouldn't work. They told me I had to figure it out. No even an apology or sorry for your inconvenience. So I had to pay to go home. The rep at the counter just stared at me. No words. This is my second horrific experience with Avis as a company. The first one was worse. I'll never do Avis again. NEVER! AND THEY ONLY GOT 1 STAR BY REQUIREMENT. THESE PEOPLE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU. Don't ever do this company. They have 0 customer service. While I was here another family rented a van. They could not find the keys. Just a hot mess. Got with someone else!!!!!!

I am a full time Uber driver and booked a rental via the Uber app. The day I was supposed to pickup my rental, they cancelled my reservation while I was en route, in an Uber, of which was supposed to be paid for via a voucher.
When they cancelled my reservation, I had my Uber driver take me to my mechanic instead. Which is the whole reason I booked a rental to begin with.
The voucher was not applied to my account because my drop off location was not this office. So, I'm out the $40 that Avis was supposed to cover.
Do not rent from these thieves.

Emploer was very rude. every qyestuon i asked she wpuld respond that she dont know. once i finnally was about to pay for.my rental.. she stated i could not rent because.my license was out of town unless i used a major credit card mind you i was using my bank card which has Mastercard on it. it was not just a debit card..She refused I went somewhere else and there was no problems. people from.out of town tent cars all tge time for traveling not sute what her deal was with me.

I’ve had great customer service and smooth check in + check out experiences at this Avis / Budget location. Lynn, the manger, is very helpful and makes sure that everything goes well each time I rent from this office.

They don't give you a hard time when you are trying to rent a vehicle. Easy pick and drop off.
