Worst bank service ever! Couldn't set up automatic payments or app. Customer Service is iffy. First agent I spoke to was very helpful; second one was AWFUL.

Given wrong information to avoid monthly charges even though I had more than what the required, but their say it was in the wrong account, well why you didn’t tell me to put it in the right account when we established it , any ways it’s an account I don’t use usually so almost 178 $ in fees over a year and a half and they refused to refund it so I withdrew my money and cancelled the account, it was first time I used Bank of America and I won’t recommend this bank to any one .

I only give them one star because i can't give them less. They deserve a lot less. Definitly a negative number. Absolutly the worst cusromer service I have ever dealt with. They should change their name to Dewey, Cheatum and Howe! If you need to use power of attorney there make sure you take a Lawyer with you. Biggest bunch of liars I have run into. Do not waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Great service and options. I have two credit cards with BoA and my car loan. So far I have had no issues with this branch. Others have been kinda ok, but this one has been excellent.

I checked their hours 3 days in advance to make sure they’d be open for me to make a business deposit, since their hours had been a little inconsistent. I come back 3 days later during their scheduled business hours and no one is to be found. I checked their hours again and they changed it the day of to say that they were closed when I had checked the times the day before and it still said they would be open. I found this to be extremely unprofessional, especially with no explanation for why they decided to change their hours for that day. My advice, find somewhere else to do your banking. I sure am

I've known bank of America for a few years. They've always given me great service and exceed my expectations I would always recommend BoA to people I started off recommending them to my brother and sister.

Very bad experience and customer service. Made an investment appointment for an IRA account with Jacob Smith which he cancelled about 30 min prior. He didn’t even bother to call me back himself and try to reschedule. I made myself available that day for that appointment so it was disappointing to not even be able to have it with anyone else in any other branch. I went with another bank!

This is the worst bank ever. I opened an account online and was approved. I proceeded to set up my direct deposit. Well I call customer service to confirm everything and they tell me I have to go to a financial center to confirm my identity because they flagged my account for fraud.I was like ok, no big deal. So I go to this location and the snobby front desk lady says we need an appointment but a guy named jack said he could help us. Jack checked the account and asked if we could come a few hours later because the call he had to make for us would take some time and he had an appointment before us. We agreed and came back. We’ll after waiting almost an hour he tells us they closed my account after verifying everything and said we needed to open a new account. I was like cool let’s do it but then jack was like you need to make an appointment because we’re about to close. But he did say we can try opening it again online. Like what kind of stupid statement is that?If they really wanted more customers they would’ve made an effort to try and open the account for us. Never again will we ever consider Bank of America.
