My Candle day order came late and broken and the beat they offered me was a replacement shipping for free…..I bought 16 candles. They also are arriving AFTER Christmas so no gifts for my family and loved ones.

Lastnight was absolute insanity, the mall was packed. Stopped in to Bath & Body to get a few items & had the pleasure of checking out with one of the most amazing strangers I have ever met. I watched her check out SEVERAL customers in such a friendly manner. When it was our turn, she made sure to tell us about promotions and our points, telling is we had a free item we could pick out. While waiting for a moment she even asked if we'd like to hear a joke. Such an upbeat, sweet, unique gem to have working in your store! I don't recall her name, but she was wearing a flower crown on her head.

Visited this Bath and Body Works outlet in Kenwood Town Center on Montgomery Road in Ohio. It has a wide selection of both men's and women's bath and body products. The store is on the upper level.
The quality of their merchandise is great. The staff within the store are wonderful and very helpful. The store staff is always there to answer any consumer questions. They also sell candles, fragrances, soaps, and a few other hygiene products. You would also find numerous product test samples within the store. They quite often have storewide sales and also send you coupons through the mail.
The interior of the store would seem pretty congested to a normal customer. There are space constraints within the store and especially in the front, middle, and at the checkout counter. The overall store could possibly be redesigned to have more space inside in order for the customers to have a relaxed and better experience.

Nice assortment of lotions, sprays. Body wash, hand soap and room freshners. They had plenty of men's and women's. Staff was very helpful.

me and my friend went in there to get room spray and apparently i was talking too loud. 2 girls working there in the white barn part of the store were being extremely rude commenting about how I was too loud to eachother. I work in customer service and it's not hard to not say stuff like that.

I love their lotions and body moisturizers.Nice store. Came during construction so ended up walking half the entire mall just to go back downstairs.
