There’s no reason why the call center should have people who do not speak English handling the calls. The person who handled my call just now was very unprofessional and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I told her I was completing the survey after the call (which I did- finally), but it took a very long time for her to agree to even hang up the phone so I could complete the survey. I love bath and body works product, but you should not hire outside of the country to handle your calls. It’s wrong.

Only giving 2 stars because my order was supposed to be ready yesterday and I honestly really needed the order mind you it was placed at 10am I understand they were busy, but if I called and a store manager told me they would be ready in an hour ALL their online orders would be, then I get the email my order is ready AFTER they are already closed a half hour later at 10:39pm what was the point in sending it at that time you guys were closed. If the pickup is a better experience I’ll change it

This B&BW is my favorite! The store is always stocked so well, and the associates are so kind. Kenny is phenomenal - amazing customer service & attention to detail! Highly recommend!

I hate to review like this because I personally love bath and body works. Only leaving this because the store manager Chloe was nice enough to let me know and pick up order was being worked for me told me to wait 15 minutes only for me to return to the store and was rudely told my order was not ready and to leave as it would be available for five days and I would get an email when it was complete only for the email to come not even 5 minutes later confirming my order was ready for pickup... now I have to drive all the way across town to get this order or just cancel it at this location and get it at another. Please store managers be on the same page as your employees I know it gets busy but this situation could have been avoided.

I came in Saturday evening about 15 minutes before closing ( I know that can be annoying ) but we were waiting to eat at a nearby restaurant and I was in desperate need of chapstick. The ladies working were all so polite! One greeted me with a smile, the other suggested which chapstick to get and the cashier was cheerful and pleasant! I had to ask one of the ladies which lip product to get and she suggested a specific one and it’s been amazinggggg!! My lips had been chapped for a couple days prior to this and after just one day of use, my lips are already feeling sooooo much better! My girl came throughhhh! When I’m in the area, I will be back AND this will be my new go to lip product !

This store is so clean and the entire staff were super personable and lovely to chat with! Erma was especially helpful, and hunted down the last bottle of the I Scream Float for me when we thought they were sold out. I'll be back for sure!

I lost my iPhone over there today. And Customer Service was so horrible. They kept disconnecting me and sending me to different agents. And all I asked was for them to leave a message to Edmondson location so they can call me first thing in the morning and tell me if me they found my message because that was the last place I had. But nooooo they kept giving me the run around, disconnecting me sending me to different agents. Totally a waste of time.
