We had a wonderful experience with Bath & Cabinet Experts! They installed 2 new showers for us and we couldn't be happier. Our sales man Sam made the process effortless. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The installers Brian and Spencer were very professional and did a great job on the installs. They finished the jobs on time as promised and meticulously cleaned before they left. We highly recommend to anyone in need of a shower update!

My adventure with Bath Expert began with Design Consultant Rick Phillips. He was patience and easy to talk with. I had an idea about what I wanted but didn't know about things to consider when getting a bathroom conversion done. Rick was knowledgeable and shared it with me. I met with other companies and knew what to expect, consider, and ask about because of Rick.
Example: lifetime warranty, company installers (not subcontractors), product availability (in shower seating, shelving, base size), installation length, and height of the shower walls. Bath Experts walls go to the ceiling; no more grimy ledges to keep clean. During the install Rick stopped by to see how things were progressing and see if I had any concerns. He provided his number for me to call if I wanted reach him for any issues that might arise.
Project Manager La'Donna Long sent me an email thanking me for choosing Bath Experts and to welcome me. I also received a call and text with phone numbers to call if I had any questions or concerns or needed support.
Dan Johnson was the installer for my tub-to-walk-in shower conversion. He arrived as promised, introduced himself and co-worker. Dan discussed what was being installed to ensure it was what I had ordered. During the install he asked where I wanted the grab bar to go, the shelves, and measured for a bathmat. A bonus shelf was added to the sliding shower head bar. That was unexpected and a great addition. I had a freestanding bathroom cabinet that left the floor in need of a scrub when it was removed. I had planned to take care of it after the bathroom was done. Dan cleaned the floor! I didn't expect or request him to do it. The job was completed in one day: about 8 hours. My bathroom is BEAUTIFUL. Dan did a wonderful job.

Brian, who was the installer was professional and did an excellent job. Communication was very well done.
In particular, he was prompt with the service and made sure that it was done in a complete experienced fashion with utmost professionalism. Very highly recommend him.
The overall cost of the project I have a feeling was more expensive than elsewhere. But considering the service that we got, it was well worth it!

Although the wait time to get scheduled was alittle long (not longer than they told us), it was surely worth the wait. The finished product is gorgeous! Our installer, Brian, was professional, conscientious, courteous, respectful & personable. LOVE our new walk-in shower!

You can’t deny the product is great and a tad costly but it’s the best. Totally custom. The installer was even better. Accurate, clean, knowledgeable, and well spoken easy to understand.

The technicians that installed the bathroom were great. Very professional yet friendly had everything laid out. They definitely left my bathroom better than when they found it. I really like the quality of the materials used in the whole look of the shower. I'd highly recommend them if you're thinking of getting something done in your bathroom.

Most misogynistic sales approach ever! Requested a quote for a guestroom bath to shower conversion - what came next was a sexist, prejudiced and demeaning sales tactic. The salesman insisted that my spouse be present for the quotation presentation. He literally pressured me to interrupt my husband. Apparently women are not recognized as decision makers for household projects according to Bath Experts. Don't bother.

We were pleased with every aspect of our experience with Bath Experts. The person who came to our home was knowledgeable and knew her products. We wanted some specific products and she was able to special order. There was a TV special the day after we signed our contract and I called and they took addition money off the price we had agreed on. The gentlemen who came for the install did a great job. Asked for our input on placements and gave all necessary details on when we could start using our new walk-in shower and how to care for our new walk-in shower. I am also glad to know the Bath Expert products have a lifetime warranty.

We are extremely pleased with our new shower. We are thoroughly enjoying the larger space. Joe and Keith were very courteous and respectful of our space during the installation. We would have given five stars but there was a lapse of communication regarding the installation date.

This was the Second location and installation of a shower. The first experience was fantastic, which caused me to automatically choose Bath Experts for the second location. Installer Mathew (and Brian) were EXPERIENCED Pros and everything went smooth and flawless. I'll be using them for another project soon. Highest rating for Bath Experts!

Solid work with friendly staff throughout the process. The quote I received was the most reasonable of all the companies and I didn't have to deal with aggressive/pushy sales tactics. My shower/bathtub was completed in one day. The team cleaned up all the old material and I didn't have to worry about a thing.
