salesperson was knowledgeable and accurate about timeframe for an install and was careful in designing a plan that met our needs. installers were both courteous, eager to start and diligent in completing the work and always respectful of the property and patient about the reality that we had a lot of other things going on simultaneously. the plumber was prompt, efficient and committed to the highest quality work he could provide and thorough about explaining the approval process required in our area. The finished product is a dramatic improvement that will undoubtedly enhance my mother’s quality of life. Bath experts exceeded our expectations.

My installer, Joseph, was very professional, cleaned up all waste, and was very friendly. He showed me how everything works, and told me what cleaning products were best to use. I have not been able to use my new shower yet, as it hasn't been 24 hours yet. The walk in shower looks great. I am very happy.

Well what can I say. This company is terrific, amazing and incredible at what they do. No issue before, during or after the install was done was a problem. Their professionalism, mastery of their craft and complete confidence that we would be satisfied were always apparent. The ease of working with them was so very welcome. The artistry and superb workmanship is nothing short of intoxicating. There was no question to small to answer. There was no problem that they couldn't fix ( it was minor, our fault and fixed by them anyway.) Truly if you're going to have your bathroom done Call these lovely people. You won't be disappointed.
