if you need your phone screen fixed dont go here, over priced and after a month your screen stops working. terrible customer service as well.

A person at tmoble recommend me to this store. I went in Because my phone was messed up. And oh LORD that the best customer service I ever had in 45year. Wow those 3 men should train other on customer setvicr. My phone was fixed and I left there happy for their knowledge and patience.

Great experience getting my key fob replaced. Walked in and they got it replaced
and key cut in less than 20 mins for a lot cheaper than the dealership. Great customer service!

I went out to get some car keys cut, but after a few unsuccessful stops at the big retail chains and the key-cutting kiosk, I decided to check out the Batteries Plus store on Colerain. When I got there, a really friendly woman helped me out and was super positive about getting things sorted. She was covering for the usual staff who were out because of a car accident, but she still managed to get keys cut for two of my cars. They work perfectly, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service Kelly gave me.

Been trying to get a key programed and cut for over a year now they lack of workers I can't get it cut showing up two hours early or on my day off... I do not recommend this store to anyone.....

Got a replacement key and fob for my truck. After I got home noticed that the back cover was broke. Called them as soon as I noticed it and drove back to the store after talking to them on the phone.Got to the store and the store Manager Chris stated he would take care of it, Told me he would contact me when the fob showed up, still waiting over 2 weeks now and I’ve called the store just to get no response.

Battery polite technician admitted he knew little about my 6V motorcycle battery which I still wonder if poor training was the problem more than the battery...
1'st battery wouldn't take a charge
Had a replacement but I had to come back in a couple hours
2nd battery wouldn't take charge
Had to return it...
35 minute drive each way = a aggravated customer

Charge two different prices. Pull it up on Google and it's $99.95. I went into the store and they charged me $129.35. was told you have to order it online feel like it's a bait and switch scam avoid this store in Colerain township with all cost.

Went there FIFTEEN minutes before they closed. Guy working at the counter (probably the same heavyset guy with a beard that Kasey was talking about in their review regarding their phone) was rude to the customer in front of me and my girlfriend. We just needed a car key to be cut, not even programmed. Refused to cut it because we came fifteen minutes before the store was scheduled to be closed and because “he was the only person working at the store.” Made a comment saying in exact wording, “People like to come here right before we close and get pissy at night when I refuse to cut keys. My manager knows about it.” I’m pretty sure his manager doesn’t know about it, and I drove an extra bit out of the way from my house to get that key cut. I’m definitely gonna be reporting it to his manager and whatever the corporate office is. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional and if you can’t complete a service you offer prior to closing, then why are you open? I hope management sees this and proceeds with disciplinary action. I work in customer service myself and if I refused a customer service like that, because we are still open, I’d be fired immediately. I wouldn’t be bothered as much if he didn’t have such an attitude.
