You might think a bank is just a bank but Jordan and the amazing staff at this branch make you feel like you are right at home! Amazing service! knowledgeable, proactive, helpful and friendly to top it all off. I would and do recommend them to all of my friends and associates!!

I felt like I worked with con artists! I opened an account and wanted my son as a beneficiary. Jordan opened it but forgot to add my son. He prepared separate paper with my son’s information I signed it and asked for a copy. He said I cannot have a copy because in was an internal document. He got angry when I insisted that I had a right to that document. I was not allowed to take a picture of it either.I called his supervisor who also said it was an internal policy… (it felt like an internal policy to to steal from beneficiaries because the bank doesn’t allow the costumer to have a copy!)I was supposed to give my account number to my son and in case of my death the document I signed was going to be scanned in bank records.The $3,600 deposit I made, was put on hold for 10 days.I am waiting to close the account. Hoping I can get the money back without a problem, or other problems.I feel traumatized by this experience, and it’s not over.

Ignore this branch and visit another that's more knowledgeable and capable. Branch manager and Jordin said "nope your wrong and we don't do that". That was after I called the Truist help line and confirmed want was needed to send wires. Then, i went to Newport branch (11 min away) and wire was completed in 10 Min. Thank you Samantha!

HORRIBLE banking experience. I also bank with JP Morgan Chase and they make this bank look like bottle of the barrel. I set this account up to get the “new account bonus money”. I set Zelle up like I have with Chase and tested sending myself money back and forth before I allowed my paycheck to be deposited here. Everything worked fine. Then of COURSE payday and my direct deposit goes here, I log in to Zelle money over to my chase account to pay bills and Zelle has been restricted. Waited on hold and with three different customer service specialists just to be told once they deem someone “high risk” they disable Zelle for good and don’t ever allow it again. I’ve had a acct with Chase since 2011 and NEVER had such issues and are a good standing customer. No reason for Truist to have blocked my Zelle over a $50 test payment when I have WAY MORE funds available in this account than $50. The nearest bank is 1.5 hours away so now I’m going to have to figure out another way to transfer funds.

This bank is so trash. I was on the phone with the lady asking for a bank verification letter . She hung up the phone on me when I called back. She was being very rude very disrespectful. They need to do better

Terrible bank. They overdraft your pending charges before they even post. Shady as can be. I'm leaving for a reputable bank and won't look back.

Truist is a horrible bank. Since they acquired suntrust I have had a horrible experience. Stay away. Poor customer service. They also should cancel there telephone line because I’ve called 10+ times and get no response.

I called to get some help about my debit but when I ask sabryna Overton to help she said she don’t know what I’m talking about a hung up on me this bank was amazing till now I’m wondering should I switch to a different bank smh. Like don’t hang up on me if you don’t know the answer hand the phone to someone who does!!!
