Front staff was always nice, they helped the process move quickly. I had all of my stuff in before the end of the night, and took 5 seconds to sign me out when I was done with my unit.

I love bearcat storage. I have had a unit with them for 3 years and I have never had a problem. I would recommend them to anybody. The staff is awesome and they keep the grounds clean and the units as well.

This facility is a very safe place to keep your belongings whatever they may be. From larger objects to the smallest personal items, u may rest assured that they will go to great measures to make sure everything is secured. Not to mention the staff is on the premises majority of the time to help you with any questions or concerns that you may have. In my opinion they don't treat you as just a client they pretty much treat you like family. Thanks Bearcat stores you're the best on the west!

I've never had a problem in the 2 1/2 years I've been using their storage except for the cost going up once. I have an inside one which is nice that it's climate controlled. I also like that the unit I use is controlled by cameras and a security gate.

First thing that impressed me was the FREE TRUCK to help me transport my things. That was a HUGE blessing and saved me $$. The customer service has been wonderful as well. Although i can't remember her name ...smh she has been friendly, patient, informative, and overall a wonderful service provider.The property is always clean .I would recommend Bearcat Storage.
