I had the works done as I always do. This time I did not get the Report Card. I asked to check my windshield wiperwasher. Was told I would have to bring back for diagnosis test. Not paying 195. For a diagnosis test when it may just be a hose. That was disappointing. So I'll take it to Firestone or Tire Discounters to get checked. First time in many years I have not been completely happy with my service

Friendly, professional service and sales staff. Basic service costs are very reasonable for a dealership and I have always been very satisfied with the quality of the services received. Dealership prices are probably slightly higher than some mom and pop shops, but not much higher and worth the quality of work received at Beechmont Ford. Service advisors are low pressure and trustworthy.
