Buyer Beware. Even though I moved out out my storage unit in November they somehow keep managing to keep taking money out of my account and I have to fight every month to get my money back even though I do not have a unit anymore. They don't return your call very quickly when they owe you money. DO NOT PREAUTHORIZE anything as you will be fighting to get your money back long after you have vacated your unit. One time was frustrating but multiple times is infuriating

Signed up for a unit, got everything in the unit after moving out of our house. Came back up to get my stuff out of the unit a month later. Gate code wouldn’t work, claimed the lease was never signed.
They took two payments for the unit though, I’m not sure how that works. Called the number on the door, said the manager would call.. They never called, got the number to reach out to the manager. They turned it off so it went straight to voicemail.
The people we reached out to tried to help us, but someone in the chain here is falling short. Assuming it’s management since it’s who their employees attempted to reach along with us multiple times.
It’s an unmanned office at the facility so anything you have to do, it’s going to be a game of phone tag. One sided apparently, because the problem solvers don’t answer.
They had us sitting out here for almost 3 hours at the points I’m writing this.. all of this took place during normal operating hours/days (Mon, Weds, Fri, Sat) as claimed by owner on another post here. This all took place on a Saturday.
So apparently if you want someone to take your money, and not give you access to your property this is the place for you.

This storage is perfect if you live nearby. Easy to get to, secure with the codes for entry, and it’s also visible from main streets so you know that the cops driving by will see any problematic activity. And that’s in addition to their security.

Rhonda was superb. I was really looking for another , storage place; she told me the directions ( and place ), then quickly started telling me , what their units offered ( professionally), then I stayed with , Beechmont self storage . Thank you Rhonda !. We definitely , need that type of service.

Our experience with Beechmont Self Storage has been great so far. The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable of the property and very patient with my toddler. The facility is clean and feels very secure.

I rented an office and storage space here for a year. They were great with everything. Efficient, friendly & affordable. Space was just what I needed at the time and was very well managed. Highly recommend.
