I highly recommend Beechmont Subaru and Nick Fugate! I purchased 12-22-2025 a new 2025 Outback Demo at a very good price. Nick listened to my auto needs and answered my questions and made suggestions. No pressure. It was a matter of a Crosstek and an Outback. I also liked working with Adam, the Finance Manager. Needless to say, I’m very happy that I saw Nick and Beechmont Subaru. AAAAA+++++

Great experience purchasing my first electric car. They offer lots of support to get you comfortable with driving and using the safety features. I am old and want to get older so the safety features are number one priority. Two days in and I want to drive it all day long! Ask for Dustin and Katilyn.

Jason showed me pictures of the car before it was ready to be shown. After thinking about the Subaru and looking at a few more of cars I decided to put a deposit down on this one. I have been perfectly satisfied with the delivery and the experience they put into every aspect of the used car that I purchased! Both Jason and Tom took there time and explained everything about the buying experience!
This is my second car that I purchased from Subaru of Beechmont. And if I need a 3rd one there’s a good chance of coming from Subaru of Beechmont!

No pressure over multiple visits. Staff is very knowledgeable. Very fair on my trade in. Beechmont Subaru had what works best for our family. First try with a Subaru, already a better experience than other brands.

Worked with Tom Freisen, very friendly, knew all the details of the car exceptionally well. Just a nice person to do business with. The dealership is really good at doing the “good cop, bad cop routine”. Kevin is the Bad Cop, but also a great guy.

We drove 2.5 hours, past numerous dealers to Beechmont Subaru. We had all but signed with a dealer nearby, however, they had no personal connection with service. We had purchased 3 Subarus through the other dealer and had a better connection, deal, and service with EVERYONE at Beechmont. We met the GM, bought from the newest sales person, and one of the longest selling people helped with the deal b/c of our time constraints. Everyone was kind and welcoming and the upbeat workplace atmosphere was palpable. Thank you all for a great experience and we will be back

Bought a Subaru WRX from sales person Josh Thatcher. Josh was extremely cool to deal with, no hassle no salesman junk. Dude was a stand-up guy and we made a deal. Extremely happy customer.

Very quick and easy hassle free experience. Everyone at the dealership was kind, informative, and enjoyable to talk to. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in a Subaru.

Didn't disclose everything about the vehicle that I was looking to purchase. The front emblem was broken, which covers the radar sensors. They offered to pay for the cost of the emblem itself, but not the cost if the sensors needed to be recalibrated. This wouldn't be a huge deal if I didn't live over 400 miles away, drive for 8 hours after a night shift job, paid for a hotel & gas, talked to the manager prior to the trip to confirm that nothing was wrong with the vehicle, and changed my insurance over to the new car before finding out that they wouldn't pay to have the sensors recalibrated if necessary. I guess they expected me to trade in a damage free vehicle for a damaged one just because of all of the efforts that I put into the trip to buy the vehicle? They just proved that they are no better than any other car dealer. No wonder car salesman are stereotyped in such a negative light.

We had a great experience buying an Outback from Josh Thatcher! The whole process was so much better than anticipated given how stressful this process can be. We didn’t feel pressured, we had fun and feel great about the new car!!!

Highly recommend; salesman Nick Fugate was great to work with. Never felt pressured through the whole experience from deciding on what I wanted through the finance process to driving off the lot.

We traveled 5 hours to purchase a Toyota 4Runner from Beechmont Subaru on October 13. Communication was slow, but the overall sales experience when we got there was good. The reason we are leaving 2 stars is because of what has happened today which has nothing to do with the quality of our 4Runner or the sales experience. We finally received the paperwork to get our tags and registration. Enclosed was a check for state sales tax. The dealer overcharged us by $200 for our state tax, and the DMV was unable to refund the difference. Instead of simply overnighting two new checks, one to the DMV and one to us, the dealership is refusing to send the $200 until they receive proof that the tax was paid. I had to insist that they send the DMV check overnight instead of 2 day. Because of the holiday and our work schedule we would not be able to get our tags and registration til next week. Our temporary tag expires this week. They refuse to overnight the check for the 200 that we were overcharged. They insist that they must have proof that the taxes were paid to send to the lien holder. I do not believe that because the lien holder will receive the title from the DMV. They certainly weren’t concerned about sending the lien holder proof the taxes were paid before. Nothing was said or implied that proof of tax payment had to be sent to the lien holder in the paperwork we were given at the time of sale or in the packet we received to get the tags. Holding the 200 hostage is unacceptable and unnecessary. So the title clerks at Cincy Auto have basically turned a good experience into a bad one. We trusted Beechmont Subaru enough to drive over 5 hours to buy a used vehicle, and yet we were not trusted to pay the taxes on that vehicle with a check made out to the DMV without holding our money hostage.

Two months ago, I had an unprofessional experience at another dealership and almost turned my back on Subarus (after wanting one for over a decade)! Yet, something had me reach out to Beechmont Subaru and I ended up speaking - and making a deal - with Jason Altmayer. Jason, Tim Sizemore and Aaron Dries, the Sales Manager, helped make my experience light-hearted and nearly stress-free (well, as much as it could be for such a big investment). I am proud to be driving my new car and happy I met this great group of people!

I used to think I would purchase a new car from them, now I am not sure. I wanted to look inside a new outback, one salesperson went to check but the salesperson that sold it basically scolded me like I was a grade school student , and told me I couldn’t even look at it ( exterior) I guess im going with a Toyota. Maybe these cars sell themselves they must with the staff in sales at Beechmont ( I do own a car from them ) wonder how that happened.
I understand the customer who bought it not wanting to have people look at it or sit it in , but should cover my eyes when I walk by. Please learn how to speak to potential customers that are adults. Oh and you’re welcome on the 850.00 just spent on service.
